Clen...to benedryl or not to benedryl...

Have any of you noticed better results taking clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off without benedryl or taking it with benedryl throughout the third week?

why use the benedryl? What's the difference with using that or nothing? When would you use it, on your week off or on?

taking the benedryl helps recover your beta 2 receptors. so the clen will have the same strong effects. if you take 2weeks off without the benedryl it will help your receptors recovers as well. so point *benedryl on the third week allows you to stay on the clen straight through without having to come off for 2weeks.

i'm on clen now. third week i started the benedrly monday. most people probably perfer this better.

I read a post the other day that sounded like they are taking benedryl ED throughout...seemed odd to me...especially since everything I have read nothing had ever mentioned doing that...

day 1: 20mcgs
day 2: 40mcgs
day 3: 60mcgs
day 4: 80mcgs
day 5: 100mcgs
day 6: 120mcgs
day 7-56: 140mcgs
day 15-21: 100mg benadryl everynite
day 35-42: 100mg benadryl everynite
day 1-56: 5g taurine ed

thats how i'm taking it. i take the whole 140mcgs in the morning. the side for me aren't too bad. just a small headache sometimes, little bit of shaking.

I got some super clens. I was goig to use them with tbol and var. Probably will go 2 on 2 off but may now do the bendryl thing. sometimes it nice to just come off the clen

Got them from my boy a bit ago. I will try and get him on the hook and find out specs. All i know I took 1 in AM and 1 in PM. They worked

So are you taking just regular benadryl on the third week. I was told to take only 1/4 dropper of clen. What do you guys think.

Get youself a 1cc syringe you'll be able to measure it alot better don't trust the dropper. Regular benadryl is fine take before bed it makes some people hungry. the 3rd week you don'tr have to come off the clen but I would just to be sure.

i think the general consensus is that straight through w/ benadryl is a lot better in peoples experience. the old skool guys will always stand by the 2on/2off thing but whatever. i liked the straight through routine. i would also like to know about the benadryl ED thing to help maximize beta recepter sensitivity. im guessing this would decrease the clens effectiveness though, or we probably would have heard about using benadryl ED already.

I beg to differ. I took a tally of A LOT of fitness websites with anabolic sections, PM mods and vets from around the web.

Suprisingly alot of the mods and vets DONT believe in the benadryl method. In fact, almost all of them recommend 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. With variations such as 2 weeks on 2 weeks off WITH ECA on off weeks (even i know this should rape your receptors)

One mod had NEVER heard of taking benadryl with clen, he thought i was kidding.
