what does ala do for weight loss.......i am on a ketosis diet and i want to lose as much weight as possible....i take 6 grams of cla a day and eca fat burners....would ala help fat loss......will it def help me get cut and loss weight or no?

Your on a low carb diet. So by taking ALA, you can consume some additional carbs and still be in ketosis. ALA does aid in fat loss and is great for the liver.

will a regular diet with high protein modeate carbs and low fat will aa help in fat loss?

in my experience i notice no difference up to 3000mg per day, just my exp, thats all
