i was wondering if anyone had any pictures of them before they took clem and after....i am preety cut now and do cardio for 45 mins and work out 6 days a week for about 3 years now....anyone have anythign incredible to say about clem?.....just give me any info u can thanks...

I have never done clen before. My buddy is the one that had mentioned benadryl to me. I didnt know if he was talking about it in general something else. He also said to start it after my second week. Trust me I know what I am doing just not with this stuff as far as mixing it with other things to make ity safer or more affeective.
