Clen and diabetes...

I have a friend I talk to a lot at the gym and he is a diabetic...well, more that he is borderline diabetic...does anyone have any information regarding clen and diabetes? I have taken clen several times, but he has only once...can he take it again?

The doctor just told him a few days ago that if he doesn't take a prescription pill they gave him and change his diet he will be diabetic in a year...

Any help would be appreciated?

our clen doesn't have anyu sugar in it. There is a guys in our office who is type 1 and he uses the clen all the time.
