Dumb Question About Milk Thistle

ok i just noticed i cannot find any cheap milk thistle, spent 20 bucks on a 14 day 1000mg a day dose. Checked ebay and only a little bit cheaper. Than i noticed you can buy raw milk thistle seed off ebay dirt cheap like 8 bucks a pound + shipping so i bought 2 pounds from a reputable distributor. Anyone ever buy the pure seed and ground it up themselves cause they're a cheap bastard like me??

vitaminworld... they have it in consentrate 1000mgs per cap. and you can get it buy one get one if your a member for the first like 2 days of each month. its like $25... i'll see if they have a website or something

i also bought a pound raw ground hawthorne berry seed, garlic seed, and ginseng all for blood pressure cause i bought a blood pressure herbal mix off ebay that rocked any crappy bottled hawthorne that ive bought in a vitamin store before. I could actually notice a huge difference in my blood pressure when i took the ebay stuff not the store stuff. so i recommend you all look into it. i think the pure herbs are MUCH better.

i dont know if that work the same way bro. u need milk thistle extract not seed. i think u will have to eat about 100 pounds of milk thistle seed. if u want a lot for cheap, some health food stores cary it in a liquid form.
