I will start my SD cycle monday and just wanted to make sure I've got everything covered!!!
I am currently on NO-Xplode, creatine monohydrate, CLA, Fish Oil, Animal Pak, L-Glutamine.
I will stop the NO-Xplode & creatine monohydrate during my cycle & get back on for PCT.
4 wk cycle 10/10/20/20
DURING
milk thistle 1 wk before & during @ 900mg/ED (Is this enough.......should I take milk thistle PCT as well?)
EFA's
Should I throw in some Flush-Free Niacin, Hawthorn Berry Extract & Red Rice Yeast? (I believe that Niacin is @ the top of the list, so would Niacin & Milk Thistle be enough?) Whats should be the dosages of all?
PCT 4 wks
Clomid 4 wks @ 100mg ED
I believe that I should be running all supplements during PCT, is that right?
I will start back w/ NO-Xplode & Creatine Monohydrate during my PCT.
Should I look into getting some Tribulus or Tongkat as well???

i am also starting a sd cycle on monday
mine is only going to be for three weeks tho cuz this is my first one.
its going to be 10/20/20
while on the cycle i have red yeast rice,hawthrone berry,no-flush niacin,policosinal,flax pills,milk thistle
ill be taking all throughout the whole cycle and pct.but i also have nolva for pct.
and also i will be taking creatine for pct.cant wait!
what kind of dosages for your milk thistle, hawthorn berry, niacin, red yeast rice during the cycle on during pct?

looking forward to seeing your gains, thinking of trying this type of cycle my self, Im about your stats a little heavier but Im bulking at the moment you said your bf is 5% that is unreal got any pics
And as far as your supps go I would take at least 1500mg- 2g niacin ed since it is slightly weaker than the regular form dont forget lots of water!!!!

forgot to say I would go with nolva pct instead of clomid unless you have previously taken clomid and react well to it, IMO nolva is a superior compound with all the benefits of nolva plus and less sides, clomid has been known to affect ones vision while on it

my stats are 20 yrs old.5,9 180lbs
been working out hard for almost one year
what do you plan to gain from you cycle,are you just tryin to get bigger or are you tryin to imporve strength.
what are your goals as far as how much wieght do you want to gain.
im hoping at least 10 pounds after pct,and im hoping strength goes up in all categories.
im going to bust my ass in the gym tho.

Dip........I am wanting to gain 10-12lbs of qaulity lean muscle, strength gains are really not what I'm looking for although it would be pretty sweet to join the 300 bench club for a guy of my stature (I'm @ 275 right now).
What I am really looking for is that insane vascularity, I love the garden hoses!!!!!!!
Lil..........I have a s_load of clomid left over and have used it before w/ no problems, so I might as well use that up. Next time I will go w/ Nolva.

i think he is stopping the creatine so he can accurately see what his gains from superdrol only will be. but if this were the case he shouldn't run it until after PCT though...so i don't know for sure...
and i would take Hawthorn Berry if i were you III...
people die of cardiovascular problems before they die of liver problems...
i think heart protection is very important.
and yeah some Trib or Tongkat would be smart for PCT...

Damn another one starting a SD cycle this coming Monday.. I thought it was just u and me Diponyou.. Tight.. I’m doing it 4 weeks though.. 10/20/20/20. I’m 5’7 165lbs. Hoping to hit 175-180. I’ve been eating and training like a madman.. I’ve been taking 200mg (1 pill) of Milk Thistle and Multivitamins for a week now. On Monday I will start with the SD accompanied by the following supplements.
Week 1- Milk thistle (1pill); Multivitamins (1pill); Hawthorn berry (1pill); Niacin (1pill); Censor (1pill); SD (1pill)
Week 2; 3; 4- Milk thistle (2pills); Multivitamins (2pills); Hawthorn berry (2pills); Niacin (2pills); Censor (2pills); SD (2pills)

Also what advice would you guys give as to the times I should be taking all this shit?? Spread out during the Morning; afternoon; night?? Or all at once? And Superdrol should be takin -1 of training right?

Nah, but I am a little dude, I have sprinter legs, not much mass at all on my lower body. When I tell people how much I weigh they are always surprised, I look like I weigh about 155-160. My upper body is on point!
Hoping w/ the SD cycle I will add some thickness to my legs!

This is my first cycle w/ SD, I have experimented w/ a test/eq cycle and a test/eq cycle and had awesome results.
I've been working out for about 8 yrs/ 5 yrs hardcore! I follow a strict diet: chicken, tuna, rice, oatmeal, whey, etc........ very little fat!
I don't want to be walking around looking like a midget, know what I mean?

yeah I am stopping my intake of creatine because of the water weight and SD is a diuretic, only makes sense. I also want to see what gains I get from the SD cycle. I will start the creatine intake back up for pct to help solidify my gains.
I've got some Hawthorn Berry as well that I will be using during/after, thanks for the advice fellas..............

Chances are that you wont actually solidify your gains by adding the creatine. By addign the creatine, you will reintroduce more water into your muscles, meaning you will gain some weight, but when you stop gaain, it will come off

DIP....actually took my first pill yesterday, I wanted to go ahead and get it in my system, bout to go and hit the gym right now. Yeah bro I cant wait either.....I am going to keep a SD diary thread, so keep me updated on your gains too.............

Supplementing with creatine does decrease your body's ability to produce it, but considering you are feeding yourself more than normal, I dont see why this is a problem. Cycling will just have you alternating from low(er) creatine levels to high(er), while taking it continually will make your levels high

looks like we have an abundance of superdrol cycle being started on 2/20 including me, lets get an official sd day by day analysis of our results. there all may vary, mine being that i am running a little bit higher doseage starting with sd at 20mg. dbol, 111 and dip let me know how your sd is treating you.
day 1,2 have been very good great endurance in the gym and strenght proabally due to placebo effect.

fat-soluable vitamins such as E and can build up to a toxic level if taken in too higher doses

these vitamins are to prevent any problems, an amount such as 1500mg is not somethiing i would worry about. milky did you get a chance to read what pills i am taking? If so which ones would you lower on your sd cycle? thanks for your response
Days 1 & 2 went well, both good workouts. I did chest/back on mon. & bis/tris on tues. very intense and good pumps during both workouts especially bis/tris (they were on swole), chest & back were both sore tues. gained 1 lb the first day (I will take 1 lb a day everyday)!
delts/traps/legs today (wed.)
My diet has been good and seems like I am eating more than normal (probably all in the mind since its only day 3)!

Delts/Traps (AM)
very good shoulder workout this morning, strength is increasing ie: (Smith Machine Shoulder Press 145-12, 155-10, 165-8, 175-6). Very intense pumps, delts felt like they were going to explode. Started to get a little nauscious toward the end of the workout b/c I was running out of caloric energy.
Legs/Calves/Abs (PM)
evening workout went really well, killed legs and this is key since I am needing to gain some size in my legs during this cycle.
all in all, everything is going well so far, diet is kicking ass and no sign of any sides yet (but its still early). Got chest/back again 2morrow!
oh yeah up another lb. today (2 in 2 days)!
Gotta go eat!

well i worked out my shoulders today and it was a pretty decent workout.nothing spectacular but it was cool.
do any of you guys know when strength gains are sapposed to come??

Wussup Drol headz.. Monday I did'nt have that much time to train, but I still had a decent back workout (1hr)... Felt very strong. Tuesday I had class and couldnt train just ate a lot and did push ups.. Today, I trained tri's/bi's and abs.. I have been eating a ton and feel a little bloated. I dont know if its b/c of the food I'm eating or the SD. Gained only a pound. Is anyone here doing cardio?? or just weights?

DAY 4:
Man, I really feel it starting to kick in! Today I got on the scale and was up 2 lbs. from yesterday, total of 4lbs. in 4 days!!!
CHEST (AM)
chest wrkt went really well this morning.......used more weight or more reps on every exercise (compared to mon chest wrkt)..........really killed my chest, pecs were really on swole..........had good energy and good focus throughout the entire wrkt.
TRIS (PM)
another good wrkt this evening........used all super sets or drop sets for this triceps wrkt........great pump (even awhile after my wrkt) & veins are really starting to pop out (thats what I am looking for)!!!
Diet & supplementation is going well.......still no sign of any sides as of yet!
Got BIS/ABS/CALVES tomorrow & then a much needed weekend of rest.

havent been able to weight myself on an empty stomach but i will when i get the chance.
i too feel bloated alot of the time.kinda sucks but im sure its temp...

i just got my weight gainer in the mail today and going to be drinking some wg shakes for the rest of the cycle.hopefully helps me out a little.

week one over for me
all workout pretty good all bodyparts were sore
i have been keeping up on protein, at about 300g per day.
almost dont want to take any days off but i have to i am sore all over.
as far as health i get headache right after i pop my sd but goes away no signs of sides, i have been taking nova ed along with all my vitamins.
next week is going to be big i am upping my dose to 30mg a day i am planning to remain buck ass wild in the gym like usuall.
other sd keep me posted daily pre and post workout if possible

The Drol is going great.. Gained 5lbs so far.. Strength seems the same, but my endurance is what has improved the most. I spent 2 1/2 hours at the gym today and it seemed like only an 1hr!! My whole body is sore though.. I really have'nt noticed any sides yet except for the mild bloats.. Starting monday I'm upping SD to 20mg a day as well as 2 pills a day for all my other supps. That will be a total of 12 pills a day.. What im doing is taking Milk Thistle early in the morning prior to breakfast b/c I believe it's the most important sup. Then I spread out the others throughout the day. Is that what everyone else is doing? holla..

just started my 2nd week.20mg a day of sd now.
i hit chest today and let me tell you this stuff works
benched 245 twice and then hit 225 about 5 times after that.
before sd i was maxing at 235 and only one time.
no sides yet besides some major bloating like always it kinda sucks balls.
diet is going good and im just waiting for my nolva

I'm on my 12th day....i've already upped the dose to 20mg.....everything has been great so far....I'm 5'7 and 152lbs.....I've never been able to gain weight.....right now I'm at 157lbs.....I've been taking all the supplements that everyone recommends with SD cycle.
I haven't really noticed any strength gains but...I guess thats coming too....but i have been pushing my self at the gym.
The only problem that i've noticed has happened for the 1st time today....and that is BACK PAIN.....OMG!!!! i can't explain to you how much pain im in....it's not the type of back pain that you can lift boxes and stuff....its a real weird back pain...the lower muscles are hurting like hell....
I was wonderin should i just take some back pain medicine for this like advil or something.....or should i just wait it out?? what do you guys think?? any professional advice?

wussup Scorpion, I also noticed the back pain, but it was after working out my legs on Friday and doing some lunges.. It was'nt unbearable but it was a little uncomfortable.. I have been rubbing some icy-hot and that seems to make it feel better. I heard that SD does have that side effect though.. If its really bad just take some asprin.. I dont know what else to tell you bro.
When are you guys taking the SD?? i'm taking 10mg @ 11am and then my second 10mg @ 5pm since it has a 6hr half life.. :scratch:
Is everybody jumping upto 20mg for their 2nd week or what? I think I am going to stay at 10mg (I am a little smaller than you guys and 10mg seemed to work really well the 1st week)!

its a back pump if you just sit down for a few and try to relax it will go away
, mine got real bad while i was working out and sometimes almost did not make it to the car. but after driving home (about 20 min drive) the pump was all gone.

hi i am very new to this kinda stuff. i have been doing my research and everything and i have learned a lot but still fresh so bear with me please. should i take cellucor p6 for my pct. i am thinking of taking superdrol and take milk thistle along with it. also how long would it take for the superdrol to wear off of my body cuz i am in the military and i ship out july 21st and i am thinking of running sd on april for a month. what else should i take other than the milk thistle? any help would be appreciated. thanks

Make sure you are getting alot of clean calories (you should be taking in atleast 300g of protein daily) and lots of water in everyday, remember OUTSIDE of the gym is where you grow!!!

What you should do Ic, is ask what is being tested on the drug test and then research the chemicals found in superdrol. That’s your answer. Thats good that you started with the supps a week before you started your cycle (I did the same)........only 400mg of Milk Thistle daily is not enough, you should be taking in atleast 1000mg (liver is my biggest concern during my SD cycle)........1000mg of regular Niacin is perfect but if it is Flush-Free Niacin you should double the intake to 2000mg (you only get 50% of your intake w/ Flush-Free; therefore 2000mg will give you 1000mg)........as for your EFA's (Fish/Flax Oils) I read where you should take in 10g ED.......and yes what your body doesn't use you will piss out!!!
GL w/ the rest of your cycle, keep me posted on the gains!!!

EDIT: Additionally, SD is only in your system for six hours? Does that mean it only helps growth for 6 hours? Makes no sense... You grow when you sleep, not when youre awake which is when the 6 hours are going by...

Ok as i've already mention that i am getting crazy back pains (pumps) so much pressure back there....but it just kinda comes and goes.....and guess what now......I have been having for the past 2 days.....serious pain in the abdominals....last night i had to sleep with the pain....and i;ve had the pain since this morning...it's like the pain that you get when you gotta go to the bath room really really bad cuz you ate one too many chilli dogs....but i dont need to go at all......I don't know how much longer i can deal with the pain.....
Even at the gym....when im really pushing my self....my heart rate sky rockets.....i do breathing excercises to calm my self....
You guys think maybe i should drop back down to 10mg??

I will be taking all of my vitamins pct along with nova. sd promotes primarily lean muscle mass so you shouldnt really be putting on too much fat just eat 6-8 clean meals a day. i have put 9lbs of solid gains

Start with milk thistle in the morning on an empty stomach, then the other supps. spread out evenly throughout the day. (maybe 2 hrs in between) I usually take 10mg @ 11am then the second 10mg @ 5pm (superdrol has a half-life of 6hrs). I advise you do 10/20/20. Also run the same dosage of supps. throughout pct. Good luck bro..

Today I had a killer back workout.. Maxed out on the lat pulldown with 4 caddies on each side.. (south florida slang for 45lb plates) haa.. as far as me i am doing really well,my schedule got all messed up so i had to take a day off today and i got to go in 2 morow and hit chest.im going to go for 285 or maybee more depending on how i feel.
i got one more week on sd then i start my pct.
although,ive started taking my nolva this week
lc1987-i would advise not to go over 20mg of sd,ive read some bad things about going to 30,liver values,extreme bakc pain,and so on.
my schedule went like this
sd-10/20/20/20,
nolva-40/20/20/20
spread my pills out evenly throguhout the day,i dont think it really makes a difference as long as you spread it out.

well i decided to stop taking sd, and start my pct this week. My three weeks went down like this started out 20/30/30
240lbs ended 250
bench went from 276x4 to 276x6 and 315x2
bench went up 20-25lbs
squat up 30lbs
overall sd treated me really well i have stopped sd prematurely to get started on my pct and be ready for my test cycle in april.

well jus got back from the gym and i hit 285 for one some what solid rep.i pretty proud of myself.
all my supps are still doing good.i ran out of red yeast rice and flax so i need to go get some more.
how imprtant are these 2 supps.are they necessary or should i jsut continue without them

did you gain any fat at all man? b/c i am currently 13% and i don't really want to gain any more fat while on cycle so i'm thinking that i should eat a lot of carbs during the day maybe 200-240 grams and then limit my carbs to about 10-15 grams of carbs after 4pm. do you think that's a good idea?

ya for sure sd puts on lean muscle mass, i actually look more cut i am at 13% as well,tapering your carbs is good but it depends on how much you weight
i go 6 meals with the last two not having any carbs

nice. did you do any cardio at all man? i mean i run a LOT because of the fact that i am going to the seals at least 5 miles a day and then 10 miles sometimes 5 in the morn 5 another. do you think it's okay to run at least 5 miles a day while on sd?

lol i've only grown about an inch since i was a froshman in highschool. i was 5'6 back then about 5 years ago then never grew. also they prefer shorter guys in the seals despite of what you may have seen in the movies or been told. but thanks for the advice man. p.s. when you said stunt growth did you mean i am gonna shrink or just not gonna grow taller any more? so do you think is it ok to run while on sd?

you wont grow any taller. but anyways if you start taking sd make sure you get all the neccesary vitamins posted at the begining of this thread. just eat 6-8 meals get 300g of pro and eliminate carbs after five, you should be able to gain 5-10 easy

in my opinion i would limit it just while your on your 4week cycle so you can focus on weight training. mabee like run three days a week, possible do them on non work out days.

Wussup Dome and 1987.. I am on day 2 of PCT and actually gained 2 more lbs.. Kinda strange but true. All together I put on about 12lbs from SD. My strength is steady and I am still having great workouts. SD def. gave me lean muscle but during PCT I want to focus on getting more cut, expecially in the abs. I am taking Nolva at 40 for this first week then 20/20/20. Prob. going to have a blood test on the third week to make sure my liver values are back to norm.. (I am itching for a beer, cant wait) :7up:

HEy, If you are really concerned about gaining unwanted fat from the SD, I recommend you look into a supplement called Censor instead of Red Yeast. It is great for maintaining healthy choleterol levels and supports stubborn fat loss. This is what I used intead of red yeast rice and it runs for about the same price. Look into it bro..

i will start my sd cycle this tuesday. it's gonna be 10/20/20/20 and i will take the following supps:
hawthorne berry extract 1000 mg
no flush niacin 1000 mg
milk thistle 1050 mg
efa's 10-15 g
multivitamin 2 pills a day
vit.c 4 g a day
training:
day 1
chest 9 sets
back 9 sets

shoulders 9 sets

I hurt my shoulder couple months back and dont want to re-injure it.. I sometimes have to be pushed by my buddy at the gym to go heavier, but I'm glad because it reveals my true potential..

240 with 6% body fat is really impressive. Do you plan on competing? You are really dedicated bro, I dont know how you do it!! I finished my superdrol and cant wait to get through pct.. Going out to clubs and bars without drinking alcohol has been really hard especially when you have alcoholic friends who do nothing but tempt you :icon_piss :icon_piss But I'm really happy with the results I got, cant wait for summer.. talk 2 you later.
