I ran my Phera Plex Cycle with 20mg ED for 4 weeks. I decided to start my Phera Plex doses on 1/21/06. I wanted it into my system before I started my first workout of the week.
My support supplements were fish oil capsules, niacin, and The Perfect Cycle. I should have included something for blood pressure but didn't want to break the bank account so I picked the supplements that I considered the most important. I'm no supplement guru, I'm a training guru so I definitely have room for improvement with my cycle and PCT suggestions. Any help will be appreciated! Here we go! :7up:

My program design involves two upper body days and two lower body days. I am not a bodybuilder, I am a former martial artist. Currently, I'm looking into getting back into shape to get back in again. I'm just starting my journey.

I'm going to use the decline press as an example of my strength gains. Before I started my Phera Plex cycle I was having to gradually increase my resistance on the decline press. For example, I would do 4 sets of 5 reps with 190lbs one week and 4 sets of 5 reps with 195lbs the next week. As you can see now, I'm almost increasing by 5lbs on every set!

On the decline press, I started with 200(5) for my first set. On my last set this week, I was at 230(5). That's a 30 gain in 7 days!
I took out Chest-Supported, Seated Machine Rows and replaced them with bent-over rows. I was feeling very strong, that's why I made this adjustment in my program. Seated Cable Rows were placed after Bent-Over Rows; this is why my strength went down in them.

My Box Squat went from 145(5) to 185(5) in a week. A 40lb increase. I have very long femurs so I really have a hell of time with my squat strength :icon_piss .

*I switched from Lat Pulldowns to the Supinated-Grip version. Again, I was feeling strong so I went with the exercise that would allow me to use superior weight.
My repetition bench press went from 160(8) on my first set last week, to 195(8) this week. That's a 35lb. increase in 1 week!

I only made a jump of 10lbs for the deadlift (from my first set last week to my last set this week). :nutkick: I hate squats but they are a walk in the park compared to deadlifts. Deadlifts are much more functional than squats, anyways.

I was still feeling strong, despite my plateau in the decline. I added the db rows and took another machine out.
For the decline press, I got 215(5) on my first set last week and 245(5) on my third set this week. An increase of 30lbs., again! 60lbs increase in 2 weeks!! On a down note, I only got 4 reps with 250 :frown: . My plateau is coming, I can feel it.

*Our dumbbells only go up to 100lbs. so I switched to barbell shrugs, on this day as well. I love shrugs :aaGreen22 .
As much as I love shrugs, I hate :0piss: squats. I plateaued already. This lead me to wonder if I should go to 30mg ED for the last two weeks :scratch: . I did hit that mini plateau on decline, as well.

Bench went from 175(8), on my first set, last week to 215(8) on my third set, this week. A plateau was reached on my last set. This was a massive gain of 40lbs. in one week! 75lb gain in 2 weeks!!

Well...if officially plateaued out on the decline press. I was able to go with four sets of 4 reps with 250lbs, though. I'm looking to build up to a 3RM so I'm going to keep pressing away. From my experience, it looks like I should run Phera Plex at 20mg ED the first two weeks and 30mg ED the last two weeks.

Tonight is my last workout of my Phera Plex cycle. I used a scale, on the first day of my log but I found out that the scale is not reliable so I did not include it. The scale said I started at 195lbs and I know I have gained at least the normal amount of weight of the cycle. I will weigh myself tonight and let you guys know how it turned out.
I will not be updating until Monday morning. So fellow bros...post away please.

Now jsut keep track of your strength increases during PCT. Just make sure you keep the calories just as high ok?
One thing I hadn't considered is that on cycle, as one puts on more BW, calories should be increased accordingly to support this and encourage more gains, something I didn't do. It also seems most ppl will say, ok I'm going to do 1000 cals surplus, when I ideally they should increase together with BW. Pref. good food of course so it doesn't all end up as fat.

I'll keep a log of my PCT workouts. I'm using nolva 40mg ED, Retain, and PCT. Along with my liver and cardiovascular support supplements. I've keep my calories high during my cycle. The tough part will be keeping them high during PCT. It is difficult when you don't have that hormone in your body, that increases appetite. I promise to do my best. Thanks for the reply, Sputnik.

With the added strength that Phera Plex has given me, it's really inspired me to get back into training for the martial arts. It is amazing how when one aspect of your life becomes better, it can snowball into other areas. I was relaxing, last night, watching Bas Rutten's Mixed Marital Arts Workout DVD so that I could get my conditioning back. I would like to get back into a striking art, again, after I get my endurance back.

For side effects, I didn't notice a decrease in libido or much testicular atrophy. PCT should go smoothly. I did experience some facial acne but nothing as far as the back, shoulders, and arms go. My facial hair grew very fast. I expected this since Phera Plex is androgenic.

Is it just me or do you get nervous taking in all of those calories when you are off cycle? I feel like I will put on too much bodyfat.

not just u bud, me too....i did taper off i believe in the last 2 weeks...but still in surplus...on cycle u should consume plenty of carbs, but unless im wrong, maybe during pct one cant maybe shit more towards protein...i dont know

sputnik it was your thread that ultimately persuaded me to use pp and im am seeing great gains as well on my first week only, thanks to all of you. and the calorie thing is a good point id prob revert back to my average calorie diet had you not stressed that point. and papi i hope you keep your all your gains, just keep your mindset on constant improvement and im sure youll be fine.

*My legs were very tired so I took a seat and put all the stress on my upper traps.
My deadlift went up another 10lbs per set this week. I am, finally, feeling stronger in this lift but it is hard to make progress I saw in the decline press. Patience is a virtue with this exercise.

I started this journey at 195lbs. and on 2/17/06, I weighed in at 209lbs. 14lbs in 4 weeks was my total bodyweight gain. 3.5lbs per week was what I average in weight gain. I did not have my bodyfat percentage taken but I can I added a little bodyfat. Definitely worth the investment of $25 for a month's supply!
My PCT is going to involve Retain (3 pills) and PCT (3 pills) ED for 4 weeks. I will also be taking nolva at 40mg ED for 2 weeks and at 20mg ED for 2 weeks. The Perfect Cycle, fish oils, and niacin will be run for support. I'm going to continue my log for the Phera Plex PCT (4 weeks).
The journey continues...

I'm going to keep my calories up, including carbs, and see what happens. I'm looking at getting back into shape for martial arts so I will need to the carbs for energy.

Sides: Facial acne, hair loss, facial hair grew faster, and increased aggression. I don't mind the increased aggression; I like it.
My appetite was out of control. I felt like going to a buffet everyday. I could not get enough calories in. Libido remained normal (thank God).

Wow, that was a great workout, for PCT that is. I thought I had plateaued in the decline press but increased by one rep on each set. I was stronger in every exercise! A great start to PCT and the fear of losing strength has faded.

Thanks! I think I will do fine, in PCT, based off of my last workout. My main concern will be after the 4 weeks of PCT. Do I run another cycle or do a natural month?

Once again, thanks for being the voice of reason. When you are on-cycle, it's amazing how fast your muscles strengthen, in comparison to your tendons and ligaments.
I think that is how many bodybuilders end up rupturing their pec, bicep, etc. Their muscles become, on-cycle, become so strong, so quickly that they experience a rupture.
I have never heard of a natural lifter with a rupture.

The gym was overcrowded and I wasn't able to do box squats until my last exercise. This throws off any comparison to last week's weight. I hate when that happens. All of a sudden, one day in the gym, you get all of these college punks who decide to come in and do cheat curls with 65lbs in the squat rack. :rant: Not to mention, it's 10 sets supersetted with two other biceps exercises.

I've noticed that nolva hasn't hypertrophied my testicles like clomid did, for my last PCT. I've only taken 40mg ED for 5 days so I know I will have to be more patient before I can make any comparisons. On the bright side, not much PCT acne and emotional sides from clomid. It's still early though.

I was feeling strong again. I could have increased by one rep on every set but I decided to take it easy and increase on only two sets. Today is a tough upper body workout, for me, so I conserved some of my energy. My strength is still gradually increased and pumps on my repetition day are almost uncomfortable.
One more day to go this week. Friday is repetition leg day.

My deadlift went up again. Wasn't easy but I made it. My brother visited me this weekend and we did this leg workout together. We had a good workout together. It is always much more fun training with a good workout partner. He is the only one I have ever trusted to be my workout partner. His username is Likestocurl45's. I just had him sign up this weekend. He is a certified fitness trainer through the ISSA.

My brother said that the Phera Plex shut him down. I have noticed that as well. He said that his libido was normal while on Phera Plex but has decreased since. I told him the same thing happened with me.
I'm a little disappointed in my nolva-only (without clomid) PCT in regards to testicular hypertrophy and libido. I'm not complaining about retaining my gains because I have done that. It's just that clomid seemed to cause a much greater hypertrophy in testicle and load sizes. I've used 40mg ED for 10 days. On my natural month, if I take it, I think I might go with tongkat ali and clomid. I'll be patient with the nolva-only for this month. I have a woman that likes sex so I don't like screwing around in this area. Lidido is a very important issue or sex becomes more of a chore than fun.

As a side note, my brother and I went out drinking, this weekend. We are not bodybuilders so no one needs to preach here. We train for strength and athletic performance. Besides, tequilla is carb-free (I think). With orals, alcohol will be hard on your liver. We did not drink during the Phera Plex cycle. We waited until a weekend into PCT to drink alchohol. I know it's not the best thing to do but we drink, at tops, once a month for only one day. Last month, we had nothing. I had 8 shots of tequilla on Friday night and my coordination was not so good :lol: . My brother is bigger than I am so he was able to handle to same amount without it affecting him as much. Nevertheless, we had fun and took more liver protectors on this day. I normally take two pills of the Perfect Cycle but on Saturday, I took six. We will not drink for the rest of the month.

Tonight will be my second week on PCT workouts. As I expected, I'm a little nervous about how my strength is going to be. Probably worried about nothing. I did notice that by drinking this weekend, I did not get my usual amount of calories in. I think that is why I'm a little concerned about how my strength is going to be this week. I will find out after tonight.

Decline Presses went up at their usual 5lbs per set. Felt very strong. I decreased dumbbell presses and dumbbell rows by one set each. Once I approach 8 reps, I drop to 3 sets. The same went for the ab machine.

I was having sex with my girlfriend last night and I was as hard as I normally am. This is a concern. I am experimenting with the nolva-only (no clomid) PCT and so far I do not like the lack of testicular hypertrophy and load size. Less acne and no emotional sides, on the good side. I'll finish this PCT out but I'm thinking of buying a bottle of clomid soon.
With all the talk about Lion's products being suspect, I'm a little nervous that I got bad nolva. Maybe nolva-only isn't what its cracked up to be.

I going to train for 4 weeks, naturally (after my 4 weeks of PCT). That's the plan. Nothing is in stone yet. I agree with your tendons statement. I don't need any rupture pec or bicep. Taking a week off, after a hard strength training cycle, is an intelligent decision. You will come back stronger, in the long run, as a result.
I might bump my doses up to 30mg when I plateau, next time. I'd rather stay at 20mg considering the androgenic sides. I'll decide that for sure when I'm doing the cycle. For now I will plan on 20mg ED of 4 weeks. I'll pick up some Hawthorne Berry and a dosage of 1500mg-2000mg ED. Any sites where I can pick this up cheap?
I'm going with a research chemical PCT next time. I'll drop the PCT (by anabolic xtreme) and replace it with clomid. Clomid is very costly so I will have to drop the retain. I will go with Clomid and Nolva, as I am disappointed in my nolva-only and OTC experiment. I am retaining my gains but libidio issues are existing. With a female that is a freak, I don't want to take chances here.

My brother is noticing the same thing. He did a Phera Plex cycle as well. Same dosage and everything. He's ready to toss the nolva in the garbage can as well. After he is finished with his nolva, he wants a bottle of clomid too. I'm just waiting things out until I find out if that controversy about Lion is true or not. His products have always been solid in the past. Do think this is a bad batch of nolva?

My Box Squats went up by one rep on each set as anticipated. I was able to do them first this week so that made a big difference. My strength is very good but I am still having libido issues during this PCT. I'm going to have to buy some tongkat ali soon, if this doesn't get better.

NOOO you are over-reacting...sure it was a bad choice but imo you will be fine but ONLY blood work can determine this on liver values and such...and its never too late to take the milk thistle..its supposed to generate new liver cells so why not give it a go and get the blood work done? keep us posted

I, at the advice of Bryan2, am going to look into buying some tongkat ali for libido issues. I've used in the past with success. My source for cheap Redkat dried up so does anyone have a good site for an extract ratio?

If I'm not taking an AI, with a high dose of trib, I suffer from gyno. I'm am running PCT right now so I will have an AI but what about after PCT? Will it flare my gyno up? Thanks!

My bench press still went up by one rep on each set but it wasn't easy on my last set. My last rep, on my last set, was hard to lockout.
Lying Triceps Extensions were heavy and hard to complete. I really had to give it my all to finish those reps.
I had a hell of a time getting the dumbbells off my shoulders in the Seated DB Shoulder Presses. It was as if I was moving in slow motion.
Overall, very disappointing workout. I see plateaus rapidly approaching.

Increased the reps by one on each set of the deadlift. I am looking forward to pulling 225 for 4 sets of 5 reps, in the future. These leg workouts are very difficult to perform because of my sprained left ankle. Two exercises that I have never kept consistently in my program designs are Good Mornings and Behind-the-Back Barbell Shrugs. I'm still feeling these exercises out. I do like them though.
On Friday, I can start my second phera plex cycle, if Fed Ex delivers it in time.

I did PP at 20mg ED for 4 weeks. Next, I did a 4 week PCT. Lastly, I did a natural month. Today is the first day of my new cycle!
I did not lose any bodyweight. I have maintained it. I did take CEE during my natural month, though.
I used their liquid nolva for my PCT. It was legit. I prefer nolva and clomid, though. I did a nolva-only PCT this time and liked my nolva and clomid PCT better.
The cia is very good. I start out with just 10mg and that seems to work well for up to 36 hours. The viagra gives you more quality but it only lasts like 4-5 hours. This can be difficult if you woman is a superfreak and wants it anywhere and anytime.
Bryan2, recommends using the arimidex after PCT, to keep test levels high. He hasn't failed me yet, so I'm going with his advice.
Anabolic Xtreme has to be making good money.

If you go with 40mg ED for 4 weeks, you would need two bottles. There will be nolva left over in your second bottle that you can use for your next PCT.
If you go with 20mg of nolva and 100mg of clomid ED, you would need 1 bottle of nolva and 2 bottles of clomid. This is what I would recommend.

You should not have libido problems when on Phera Plex. It's during PCT where you may encounter problems. Nolva doesn't cause the limp dick. It helps restore natural test and improve your blood lipid profiles. I would look into having some cia on hand to be on the safe side. Not everyone will be shutdown but if you are, cia will save you from embarassment. It will not increase libido but it will allow you to have erections.

I'm using the clen during my cycle for minimal fat gain. I will still be bulking but I don't want to add as much bodyfat because I will be in a warm climate in less than a month. It's still rather cold here in Wisconsin.
Nolvadex is a SERM and arimidex is an AI. Arimidex is the stronger of the two. You have to be careful with arimidex because it can lower estrogen so much that it can have a negative impact on your blood lipid profiles. Nolvadex will actually help improve your blood lipid profiles.
At the advice of Bryan2, you would run arimidex after PCT. That way nolva can improve your blood lipid profiles. After PCT is over, you can take arimidex at 0.5mg ED for 4 weeks to keep test levels high (they will nearly double).

Of all the things to research, I would recommend spending the most time with PCT. My libido was shutdown all through PCT. I ran nolva at 40mg ED for two weeks and then at 20mg ED for the last two weeks. I ended up having to buy a bottle of clomid, after PCT, to regain my libido. All the research told me that 40mg for 2 weeks and 20mg for 2 weeks would be plenty. Bullshit!

The first and second were into the mid-outer thigh while the second was into the rump. Each injection was painless with no blood or other complications. The slight pinch when breaking the skin, and then the slight pressure felt when it is being injected into the muscle was a new feeling but not uncomfortable

Have you tried educating here on the subject? Maybe you could get her to explore this site. My guess is that she is probably ignorant on the subject, like most people.
I read of others doing t-bol or var-only cycles.
The pumps are to the point of feeling uncomfortable (with Phera Plex). This stuff is legit.
Some experience lower back pumps and loss of libido during PCT. I experienced loss of libido during PCT.
I would start out with a 4 week cycle. It can be hard on your liver and blood lipids so I wouldn't run it much past that. Make sure you have blood pressure, liver, and cholesterol support supplements for your cycle and during PCT.

I was able to increase the weight on my deadlifts by ten pounds on each set but my reps dropped from 8 to 6. I'm not worried, I should be able to get 7 reps next week. The gains are just more gradual now but they are still coming.

I dropped a set on the decline presses because my shoulder was bothering me a little. My weight still went up by 5lbs on three sets, though.
*We do not have dumbbells that are heavier than 100's so I switched from db bench presses to incline barbell presses. My neuromuscular coordination was lacking on this lift.
The Bent-Over Rows were a little heavy because I accidently went up by 10lbs on each set instead of 5lbs. I hate when that happens.

My Box Squats went up very nicely, for a PCT workout. I increased by 5lbs on my first set, 10lbs on my second set, and 15lbs on my last two sets. Shrugs have gotten very difficult because I do not incorporate wrist straps. I desire a strong grip so I have been avoiding them. If I used the straps, the shrugs would have been easy.

I drastically changed my workout because of my weekend. I went out on Saturday and for the first time in my life, got wasted. I did shots all night long and vomited when I got home. There are many things about the night that I don't remember. My girlfriend is moving back to Mexico so we partied hard. When I woke up Sunday morning, I felt like I had the flu. I could not eat anything all day. I was so weak. Then my girlfriend bought me some Gatorade and I felt better. Apparently, I was extremely dehydrated. Anyways, I knew my workout would be for shit on Monday so I changed the exercises for the purpose of my ego. I know strength coach Dave Tate would say all that matters is that you strain but I hate to see progress go backward due to my stupidity. Lesson learned.

My deadlifts went up by one rep on each set. I very pleased with that but it was not easy. Deadlifts never are. I took out the seated db shrugs and went back to standing db shrugs. My legs are recovering better so I will go back to standing.

That brings my PCT for Phera Plex to an end. My libido is still down and I have lost a few pounds. I will give Phera Plex another run but I am going to make changes to my next PCT. No Retain or AE PCT, this time. I will run nolva at 40mg ED for 4 weeks instead of 40mg ED for the first two weeks and 20mg ED for the last two weeks. I will add some tongkat ali for libido purposes and have a bottle of cia, just in case I need it.
Since my libido is not back to normal, I going to do a natural month of just 5g of creatine ethyl-ester ED. If my libidio is back by the end of the month, I will do another Phera Plex cycle.

On 3/18/06 and 3/19/06 I took EAS Creatine Monohydrate at 10g on both days because my Higher Power Creatine Ethyl Ester (from bodybuilding.com) hadn't come in yet. I will be using CEE for 4 weeks and determine if I can go back on Phera Plex again. I will be using 5g of CEE ED.

The db bench presses were fairly easy. I was thinking of jumping up to 90's on my last set but wanted to conserve some energy for my other exercises. I'm thinking of taking out incline skullcrushers and adding close-grip bench presses. I didn't have the feel to for this workout, yet. I might wait to reach a plateau on the incline skullcrushers. I just don't like to the stress that extensions put on the elbows sometimes. The problem with an upper body workout is that I don't want to overstress my shoulders with another movement that has range occuring at the shoulder joint. I'll just have to see on this one.

I went up another ten pounds on each set of my deadlifts this week. I really like deadlifts. Actually, I hate doing them but I like how I feel after finishing my sets. You really see someone deadlifting in the gym so it makes you unique. I'm looking forward to the heavy dumbbells that I will be using for shugs. DB shrugs have always been one of my favorite exercises, if not my favorite.

I was able to get back on the incline barbell press this week. I increased the weight by 10 pounds on each set. The CEE seems to be working very nicely. No bloat or stomach discomfort. The only negative is the battery acid taste. Does anyone know what 5g of CEE would be equivalent to in g of Creatine Monohydrate? For example 5g of CEE would equal 10g of Creatine Monohydrate. I speaking in terms of absorption.

I "officially" plateaued out on box squats. I had the mind set of changing them before this workout but decided to stick with them and work on my technique more. I was thinking of going to regular squats but they are a bitch to keep the ROM full. Once the weight gets heavier, it is very difficult to tell if you are going at least parallel on all of your reps. The box guarantees this. When you use predominantly free weights, you don't have a lot of substitutes for the squat. I practiced some good mornings, at the end of the workout, with an empty bar. Maybe good mornings and low box squats would be a good combo.

My dumbbell bench presses went up from 85's to 90's. Everything felt strong except Machine Preacher Curls. My third set was a disaster. Looks like it is time to get a new biceps exercise.
This week's workouts have been a little difficult. My girlfriend is moving back to Mexico and we have been arguing quite a bit. So it has been a stressful week, to say the least. My sleep has been terrible and this is probably affecting my performance.

When Incline BB Presses went up by one rep on all four sets. It was not easy though. The last rep, on the last two sets, were hard to lockout. *The decline sit-up bench was being used so I did pulldown abs for my abdominal exercise.
On Sunday, I was carrying a dresser down a flight of stairs and it was difficult to see in front of me. I missed a step and felt my left ankle turn. The pain was pretty intense and I have been walking with a slight limp since then. Tommorow is my leg workout so, to say the least, I am a little nervous.

Since I sprained my left ankle, I took out Box Squats and replaced them with Deadlifts. The wide stance, taken with Box Squats, would have caused too much pain on my ankle. I did not want to overcompensate on one leg. I, also performed two new exercises, at the end of my workout. The Back Extensions had strengthened my glutes, hamstrings, and lower back very well. I was ready for the Good Morning. I have been wanting to incorporate this exercise in for some time. The switch to Behind-the-Back Shrugs was more out of curiosity. I have never done them on a consistent basis because the glutes make the exercise difficult to perform. Mastering this exercise will be a challenge.
The clomid has been helping return my natural test levels and probably helping my blood lipid profiles. I am past the half way point of my natural month and I still feel my libido needs some work. After I finish the Clomid, I will evaluate my situation. If my libido returns, I will do another Phera Plex cycle but if it doesn't, tongkat ali will be on the schedule.

Increased the weight on db bench presses from 90 to 95. Chin-Ups were very easy. I'm thinking of dropping the rep range down to 8 on the seated shoulder presses. I would like a little more mass on my delts. Machine Preacher Curls are very heavy. I need to find a substitute very soon.
I'm really surprised I have been able to gut these workouts, even though my ankle is still bothering me. This day was pretty easy, due to the fact that I only had one standing exercise.
My natural month will only has 5 workouts left. It has went by very fast. The jury is still out on the libido. My girlfriend is in Mexico so I haven't really got the chance to test it out. I might do another month of CEE and tongkat ali if I don't feel like it is fully recovered. I don't want to mess with this because my woman loves doing the deed.

Box squats would have been to stressful on my left ankle so I went with regular squats instead. The stance is much closer and easier on the ankle. Good workout but the squats were very light. I needed to get used to the new technique. One more week to go before I can go back on Phera Plex. Libido is back up, thanks to the bottle clomid.

Deadlifts went up by a rep on each set. I don't wear gloves so the bar is tearing the shit out of my hands. The knurling on this bar is razor sharp. When you deadlift, it will tear up any workout pants you have. It would be impossible to use this bar with shorts on. Your shins would be cut up and very sore.
I'm hoping my Phera Plex will come in the mail by Friday. Saturday is when I can start my second cycle. I haven't decided if I will go 2 weeks or 4 weeks. I am leaning towards 2 weeks because that is where I saw the best results. Maybe I won't be shutdown as hard with a shorter cycle.

Took Skullcrushers out after learning a new exercise from Dave Tate (Elbows Out DB Triceps Extensions). Most members in the gym are probably thinking I'm doing the exercise wrong (lol).
I still can't do my cardio, Bas Rutten's Mixed Martial Arts Workout, because my ankle is still bothering me. I think I will run clen with my Phera Plex to help minimize any fat gain, from lack of cardio.

Squats went up by 10lbs. on each set. They were a little more challenging because I had to perform them second. Someone was using the squat rack. Dumbbell Shrugs was another exercise that I had difficulty with. Someone was using the 75's so I had to make a bigger jump to 80's.
On Saturday, I started my Phera Plex and Clen doses. 20mg of PP ED and 40mcg of Clen ED. I'm looking to run the cycle, at least, 2 weeks. I will decide on whether to extend the cycle based on my results.

I start this cycle at 209lbs and I did not lose one pound from my last Phera Plex cycle so I am anxious to get started. My weight went up 14lbs last time. I am not so concerned about adding weight as I am gaining more strength. If I had to give a weight goal, a minimum of 5lbs would be nice (for a two week cycle, that is). I knew this was a PP workout, so I jumped the weight up by 20lbs on the deadlift. Usually, I go with a 10lb jump on each set or try to increase the reps on each set. Gotten in the groove with the good mornings so my weight so steadily increase. I dropped off one set on the Shrugs and added two new exercises for this week. Two good first workouts for my second PP cycle.

Well, I'm at the 100lb dumbbells on the db bench press. We do not have weights that go higher than this. I really need to buy some olympic dumbbells so I can go heavier.

I was able to increase the weight by ten pounds on each set of the barbell squat. Definitely could attribute that to the Phera Plex. A very good workout week, with all the added volume. Next week, on Friday's repetition leg day, my brother will be in town. I always have my best workouts when he is here. Nothing is better than a good workout partner. On Saturday, my quads were very sore. I think it was from the weight increase on the squats.

Looking forward to having 225lbs on the incline barbell press next week. I set the incline a little low on the incline dumbbell presses so that is why I changed the name. Next week I will put the incline up another notch.
I've noticed that my upper body is starting to overshadow my lower, as in the past, so I'm going to take out my calf work and add some leg curls and leg extensions for thigh hypertrophy. Once my ankle is better, I will start box squatting again. The box squats really brought my glute size up.

A member on another site said that I needed to get my ass going on my lower body workouts. That lit a fire under my ass and really motivated me to push for weight during this workout. Damn dbs only go to 100's so I had to switch to barbell bench press. Felt a little heavy on the first two sets but the last was easy. Maybe my nervous system just needed to wake-up. Seated Shoulder Presses went very well, as I finally got to use a 45lb plate on each end. Great for the ego.
I haven't experienced back pumps or felt lathargic while on Phera Plex, again. I guess I am one of the lucky ones.
My brother is coming down for the weekend so I should have a fun leg workout on Friday.

I always have great workouts when exercising with my brother. Too bad it is only once every two months (when he comes to visit, on the weekend). I have two more weeks to go on the Phera Plex.

It felt good to finally be pressing 225 on the incline press. The barbell bench press felt very light after doing the incline press. The gym was very busy today. I ran into a person that I used to work with, when I worked at a private personal training studio. It is good I ran into him because I had lost contact with him and wanted to speak with him. He might be able to get me a domestic source. I'm crossing my fingers.

I need to work on my concentric form on the deadlifts for next week. The eccentric went fine but I would like to see a more neutral position on my concentric. Everything was a little more difficult this week but that is to be expected. I had the same issue on my last PP cycle. After the second week, the strength gains started to really slow down.

I changed bench presses to decline presses because I added bench presses on Monday's workout to replace db presses. I like decline presses because it really allows you to put up some serious resistance.
I have been training for almost 4 months without an off week. I notice as I get stronger, I need to get more sleep or it is harder for me to recover from my workouts. With the conjugate method you do not need rest weeks, as it let's you train year round. I have always been a year round trainer but my body feels like it could use some time off. My trip to Mexico will be refreshing.

Phera Plex actually isn't a pro-hormone like 4AD. It is a steroid.

I asked my girlfriend and another female friend of mine and they said that I did not lose any hair the first time. Maybe it was in my head. I didn't notice any difference on my second cycle. I will update my log with the new workouts soon.

This finishes my third week of my Phera Plex cycle. Just one week to go. Box Squats went up nicely by 10lbs on each set. I took out static db lunges are brought back single-leg squats, back-leg elevated. I'm hoping that the combination of box squats and single-leg squats, back-leg elevated will bring back some of the glute size that I lost. Not sure it was lost by the replacement exercises I used for these two or not. Only time will tell.

My reps did not go up on the deadlift but that was my intention. I wanted to work on making my technique better and that is what I did. I took out step-ups and put back reverse lunges. Reverse lunges are my favorite type of lunges for loading. I just needed a break from them for a while. Tomorrow, I will be in the gym, again, because I won't be able to lift Friday because I will be in Mexico.

I had a funny feeling in my left pec. After reading an article about a pec tear, a few weeks ago, I was nervous doing this set. Everything went fine though. I took out the barbell shoulder presses and put in dumbbell shoulder presses, again. I just needed some time off from the dumbbells. The same thing was true of machine preacher curls (took out seated alternating dumbbell hammer curls. Not a bad workout considering I usually rest on this day. Maybe the 40mg dose of PP helped?

I could really feel the effect of having to train four days straight, without a rest day inbetween. My energy levels really suffered. Now I will have to do the same thing this week. I was in Mexico from last Friday to this Monday. The trip was well worth it though. I had a very good time.
This is the end of my second PP cycle. I will be starting my PCT workouts this week. My PCT: Perfect Cycle, Niacin, Fish Oils, Nolva-Clomid mix, and clenbuterol. I'm hoping that the addition of clomid will help bring my libido back faster than the last PP PCT.

I came down with a really bad cold on Sunday night. It wasn't as bad by Tuesday's workout but I still didn't feel 100%. It definitely affected my performance a little. I'm glad I got my workout in though. I am hoping that I might be able to reach 275x3 in the future. It has a been a while since I have been able to do that.

I decided to drop my reps down to one and see if I can start pulling some weight. Deadlifts are one of the more difficult exercises to keep your form on as fatigue sets in. I've found single rep deadlifts very easy to maintain form on when compared to the traditional style. I put back extensions back in my program design and took out good mornings. I like the feel in my hamstrings better from back extensions. If I feel like I'm losing posterior chain strength, I will put good mornings back in.

Well, it's that time of year. You have all the college zits coming back home to workout. Of course you will never see them touch a power rack or squat rack. Needless to say, the decline press was being used. I had to substitute with Incline DB Presses. I kept the bench at an incline and did my elbows-out db triceps extensions on there as well. Side flexions were performed on the back extension station and I added a machine for triceps to for the sake of variety (psychological freshness).

Two weeks of training, when I had to do both weeks without a rest day inbetween my max effort and repetition days. This week everything goes back to normal. My strength level really crashed when I got to calves. Seated calf raises were terrible. Hopefully, the extra rest day will see my strength return. That finishes the first week of my PCT. Coming down with a bad cold on last Sunday, really killed my appetite. I noticed it start to slowly return this weekend.

On my last rep, on my third set, of incline presses, I had to muscle the weight up. Man, does that piss me off when that happens. Other than bench and incline, the workout went very well. I am really looking forward to getting that rest day on Wednesday. It should make my repetition days much more efficient. I hope that I will still be able to get my hands on some PP for my next cycle.

I took out deadlifts because my gym gets very hot during this part of the year and I want to wear shorts. Their bars are like 99% knurling (spelling) and it is sharp as a razor blade. After ripping up my shins, on my warm-up sets, I changed to romanians. I added leg presses so I wouldn't miss the knee extension aspect of the lift. Damn gym was packed as hell.

Right around lat pulldowns, many of the exercises started to feel very heavy. This sort of pissed me off because I had an extra day of rest (the last two weeks I did not). It makes me wonder how potent this nolva/clomid mix is compared to the company I used before. I will give it more time and have some patience but I am a little disappointed in this product (last time I was able to maintain my strength and actually increase, with the other companies products).

The new clen, that I have, is really starting to increase vascularity. Took out box squats and went with traditional squats. Went very welll considering I hate them with a passion. Not a bad workout. Added the glute machine onto the program since I only train knee flexion with the leg curl machine. Week 2 done (PCT).

I am starting to go on how I feel and make the necessary changes to my program. The program is always ready, before the workout, but I am now having to adjust my program more frequently. This way I avoid plateaus. Very good workout. I was over at anabolic-review and they said that Phera Plex is getting hard to find.

Seated Calf Raises are at a plateau. The difficult thing about this exercise is that there are not a lot of alternatives. The next two workouts will be challenging because I do not have my usual rest day inbetween them because of the gym being closed on Memorial Day. Half-way through week 3 of PCT. I'm thinking of using armimidex and CEE, after PCT, until my next cycle.

Good volume in this workout. Overhead DB Triceps Ext. felt very light and maybe should have bumped the weight up to 85lbs. Will do for next workout. The MTS High Row is Hammer Strength Machine that gives you a combination of a lat pulldown and row. Not sure if I like this machine or not. I will give it one more workout before I decide its fate. The Triceps Press is kind of like a seated dip machine. This one is a keeper, until I plateau on it of course. My right shoulder hurt on the negative of the cuban press so I'm going to keep the weight the same for next week.

Squats went very well. I've gotten into a good grove and can see my numbers going up on a weekly basis. Added reverse barbell lunges and the barbell requires more balance than dumbbells. A little embarassing with such light weight but I don't want to sacrifice form for ego. Very good workout but calves have plateaued. This finishes my third week of PCT. After my last week, I will be taking arimidex at .5mg ED for 4 weeks. I will be stacking that with creatine ethyl ester. Possibly clen but I am not sure yet.

*I changed to the traditional bent-over row. My trunk is close to parallel with the ground and I am using a pronated, wider grip. On incline elbows-out db triceps extensions, I dropped the incline down and this made the exercise more difficult to perform. Next week, I think I will go back to the higher incline. There was a zit using the Hammer Strength preacher curl machine, for German Volume Training (note the sarcasm), so I went over and used the LifeFitness machine.

Dynamic DB Lunges were substituted for Reverse DB Lunges. The dynamic lunges shift a great deal more stress to the quadriceps. With the Reverse Lunges, you feel more stress in glutes and hamstrings. Barbell Shrugs went very smoothly and I've noticed an improvement in my upper trap development. The leg press was being used, for a long time, so I decided to incorporate the hack squat as a replacement.

It was an awesome workout. The pump was amazing. Having that extra day of rest on Wednesday really made a difference this week. Last upper body workout of my PCT and a good one at that. Tomorrow, I will start taking 5g of creatine ethyl ester, 0.5mg arimidex, and 80mg of clen for 4 weeks before I start a new cycle. It will either be Phera Plex or Test E, as of right now.

I was looking to add some volume to my repetition leg workout. *I will be placing glute machine to tuesday's (max effort) workout and adding some leg extension work for friday's workout. This was my last workout for PCT. My bodyweight and strength are up so I will take my bodyweight after my "natural month". This is always the hardest month to endure.

*The decline press was unavailable so I went to the smith machine do some flat presses. I did not add the weight of the bar in because it felt heavier than the typical 15lb Smith bar. Everything felt a little heavier, to start my "natural month". Great pump, though. I still need some work on my bent-over row form. It has been a long time since I did the traditional version (trunk near parallel to floor and using a wider, prone grip). The stabilizing demands on the lower back are tremendous. I will master this exercise in the coming weeks. Man, does that Creatine Ethyl Ester taste like shit. The worst taste ever!

The squat rack was very busy so did my shrugs on the smith machine. Overall, a good workout. My volume will be at an all time high, for these two cycles, this week. I haven't heard anything from my source, for the test e, so it looks like I would do another PP cycle. This time, I going to run it differently. Maybe 30mg ED for 2 weeks and then go into PCT. My best gains are always the first two weeks and by upping the dosage, my results will start improving again. I wasn't that impressed with my second cycle so I'll try to up the dose and reduce the length of the cycle.

BTW my back is going a lot better i am back in the gym, on CEE right now, weight is back to around 198 pounds not solid but getting there.
Pheraplex should be next in line maybe August or September.

I have a little more to post before my log is finished. It's a very effective tool for monitoring my progress.
I'm happy for you. I have been watching your posts, waiting for this day. Congrats! Have patience because it has been a while since your where able to workout.
Are you going to do a log, for your Phera Plex cycle? I would like to see one and I would post in it on a consistent basis. It's a great way to get advice from others. Sometimes we can't see what we are missing, ourselves, but our fellow members can see the flaws.

I took some big jumps in weight on High Rows and EZ Bar Curls. It paid off on the High Rows but I only got 5 reps with the curls. Oh well, next week I will get the six reps I am looking for. It has been a good week of working out. I will be looking to increase my workout volume on my max effort days, next week. After I get the necessary volume in, I need to get back into my martial arts conditioning. I have put it on hold too long.

Good volume for this workout. Added leg extensions to the mix. My legs are a big weak point so I really pay close attention to detail on these workouts. Everything went according to plan except for the Behind-the-Back Shrugs. Plateaued on them so I added some rest-pause reps to try to kick start my progress again. I really like this exercise and it has really improved my trap development. That finished off week one of my "natural month".

Plateaued on decline pressses so they will be replaced next week. I only went to flat db presses because there were no adjustable benches available. Next week will be back to the incline. I brought my grip closer and brought my trunk to about 45 degrees for the bent-over rows. I just don't like the parallel to ground version. Otherwise, the workout went very well but elbows out extensions were difficult so I might need to make a modification there. Added reverse curls to this day to increase workout volume.
Last night, my new roommate (19 year girl) through a party and I had a difficult time sleeping because of all the noise. I don't know how good my workout will be today because of lack of sleep.

I had to change quite a few of the exercises because the gym was so busy today. Not a big deal because I had a very good workout. Added seated leg presses to add more volume to my tuesday workout. The only exercise that was difficult was seated calf raises and it wasn't part of my planned workout (due to heavy gym traffic). I got two pimples on my face so I wonder if this means my test has increased from the arimidex doses? Looking forward to having today off.

Very good workout. There were no benches available so I could not do seated dumbbell presses so I went to the hammer strength machine and did shoulder presses there. Nice shoulder press machine. I can not wait until all of these college zits go back to school and the gym is not so crowded. Despite not having access to a lot of equipment, I have managed to get in some good workouts lately. I'm considering methoxy tst and trenadrol (spelling) for my next cycle.

A really good week of workouts (when considering the added volume). I kind of wish that I had found out about trenadrol (spelling) earlier because I would have run it after my first Phera Plex cycle. Trenadrol, I think, would have helped me get a little leaner (along with the clenbuterol, of course).
All of my hard work really paid off because my brother and I went to Noah's Ark Water Park, in Wisconsin Dells, on Saturday. In Wisconsin, you don't have very many months were you can go with shirt off for the whole day. My brother works out, as well, but I think there were just a couple others (based on the physiques on most people there). It is amazing how out-of-shape most people are in the US.

I was very weak on bench press today. I don't know if it was from going to the Noah's Ark Waterpark and walking all of those stairs and not getting in a lot of calories or what. I guess I will have to wait until next week to find out for sure. Looking for some variety in my training so I training alternating on db triceps extensions and doing unilateral training on cuban presses. When you do unilateral training, you are very strong because there is no bilateral deficit occuring. Very weak but I was glad to gut the workout out. The gym is just so crowded that it makes it very difficult to follow a structured workout plan.

Next week, I need to concentrate on not letting the barbell drift too far away from my shins on the Romanian Deadlifts. I noticed this was starting to happen. When it happens, it places a very large stabilizing load on the lower back. This makes it more difficult to maintain a neutral position. Over at anabolic-review.com, they are saying that Trenadrol does not produce the results that people originally thought. I was interested in this product. Does anyone have any experience with it? Thanks.

I have been very weak this week. Not getting enough calories in on my Wisconsin Dells vacation has killed me. I've dropped almost eight pounds. My strength has suffered, accordingly. I thought I would be able to my appetite back up but that hasn't been the case. It has been very hard to force the necessary calories down. I'm glad I only have one more week to go before my next cycle. I need to get that appetite back up.

Not a bad leg workout, considering how the rest of the week went. Got tired of having less than a 45 on each side for the reverse lunge so I went with the 45's. A little heavy but I get my reps in, in the coming weeks. Heading up north to spend the weekend at my grandmother's lake. I'll have to wait my caloric intake a little closer this weekend so I don't have a repeat of next weekend. Well, most say hold off on the Trenadrol so I might go with a third Phera Plex cycle. Time will tell.

Very good workout. My strength levels were back up. I must have done a better job with my caloric intake this weekend (when compared to the weekend before that). I have been researching, at anabolic-review, and am still undecided with what cycle I will run next. I think Phera Plex has done all it can for me. I would need to stack it with something to see gains again. I might stop by the supplement store this weekend and see what they got. I usually buy off the internet but I not sure what do this time.

Had to miss Tuesday's workout because my gym was closed for the fourth of July. Normally, today is a rest day (Wednesday). The difficult part will be having three workouts in a row without a rest day in there. My workouts on Thursday and Friday may suffer a little bit as a result. I will be running to my old supplement store on Saturday. I haven't been there in such a long time because I have been buying off the net. It is called the Natural High (West Allis, Wisconsin) and used to be nat high . com on the net (it has a new address now).

I hoping that is a product of not having that rest day inbetween my Tuesday and Thursday workouts. I will give these exercises one more week before I replace them. Today, Friday, is my last day of my natural month. I could start a new cycle on Saturday. I'm thinking of maybe going with Hyperdrol because my soon-to-be wife wants to try to have a child, after we get married. If I'm running a cycle, I know that we will not be successful.

Last day of my natural month. I have decided to not do another Phera Plex Cycle or Trenadrol/Methoxy TST Cycle. I weighed myself and I am at 209lbs. So I have not lost any of the weight that I have gained from my Phera Plex cycles. My soon-to-be wife wants to try for a child, within a few months so I am not doing another cycle for that reason.
I will be running Arginine, Zinc, Vitamin C, Coenzyme, Fish Oil, L-carnitine, Selenium, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, DHEA as a substitute for Tribulus, Ginseng, and Clomid for a month, in hopes of ensuring success in our efforts.
