hey guys i need some help here. After weights i drink a whey protein + dextrose shake. Afterwards i get a burning sensation in the middle of my upper abs(stomach). I never get this feeling after my meals its just after this shake. The whey protein is called Pro Impact by AMP a mixture of whey isolates and concentrates. Is it because of the whey protein i get this burning sensation? this also happens whey i take the shake without weight lifting.

Any help much appreciated.

I seem to have less gastric problems if I mix my drink with water instead of fat-free milk. I also take Twinlabs Super-acidophilus which seems to help too.

However, I still get some bloating and indigestion from time to time.

I reccomend switch from high GI to low GI for post workout. I know this isn't reccomended too much on this board. But believe me, it works. Use skim milk, protein powder, and oats for Pwo.
