clen directions?

Can anyone give me specific directions for using clen for fat loss? What I would like to know is dosage, when to take, and how long to tkae it for. Also if there are any no-no's or side effects that i might need to know about while using clen. Thank you in advance for the responses. I have tried some searches, but couldn't find everything i needed to know.
