You spray the letro in your mouth right? How many squirts? How much should i use during a cycle do keep bloat and estrogen down?

Letro is oral. It is also a very powerful aromatase inhibitor drug so you have to be careful. You need some estrogen to function and it helps you grow. I take 1mg of letro on Monday / Wednesday / Friday. I intend to cut the letro when I start PCT.

Does the letro serve the same purpose as Proviron during cycle?

Proviron reduces levels of estrogen or the effects of estrogen.

5 - 10 squirts seems like way to much between 2 - 3 a day should be just fine. I belive that is what lion said and the letro in my opion he has is the best anti e out there. Helps me out a lot.
