What is a good and safe TRT doseage?

I am under the impression that 200 mg. every two weeks is sufficient. Is it safe and effective to go a little higher than that? Just wanted to get a little input from those "in the know". Thanks.

Strive for an every week injection of 200mg. IMHO this will keep your levels way more stable and your libido higher. I think 100 mg/wk is low for anyone under 60. How old are you?

200 every seven days would work, every other week will not work it will just screw your test level up more
