I tried one of these things at my local gym, lawd have mercy they are good. They are called "Sports Cookies". They come in various flavors. Nutrition Info:
Fat 3 grams
Sat Fat: 1 gram
Chlosterol: 15mg
Sodium: 120mg
Total Carbs: 12 grams
Dietary Fiber: 5 grams
Sugars: 0
Protein: 15 grams
this was taken from the Trail Mix flavor. Trail Mix and lemon are my favs. I order a box at a time, and eat two for breakfast every morning and two before I go work out in the evening. Trust me guys these things are delicious. Here is the website bros if you guys want to check them out:
