hey guys, im a newbie to roids and am currently using Deca.

I dont got a gym membership, but i got a roman chair with pull up bar and a smith machine.

Can i still make substantial gains with these two or should I incorporate calisthenics into my workout?

If i do, how much does calisthenics help?

you need to get off the deca or get a gym membership...do you even have a pct planned out cuz if you dont you might want to and you should never run deca alone. you might have a flaccid d i ck the rest of your life

i am actually as of now using the weight room at my college which is good, but i was nearing the end of the term and am not really allowed to use the weight room after that. I just decided to take another weight lifting class today.

What would one stack deca with to achieve maximum effect/least amount of side effects?

reguardless of what you stack it with you still need a pct personally i wouldnt ever take deca test is a good route to go if your going to take an inject. alone..if your doing a real cycle of deca only your definatly going to have some serious side effects
