Old progress pictures of me

Thought I would post a OLD set of pictures of me, This is to show again how well you can achieve anything when you stick to something 110%!! I know I was not very lean at any point but I achieved what noone who knew me thought I could.

I havent kept up on anything to much in the past year and a half due to major life issues just added size, but by this july I will look completely different then my last pictures. New goal ABS by august.

Currently im 230.

In may of 2004 I was 210 just to get a idea of my weight in the picture.

You lost alot of weight, but it looks like you gained some of it back in the aug 2004 pic. Post a recent pic up so we can see the transformation from then to now.
