I can tell your into bodybuilding LOL background of the last pic, you got the flex 2006 calender up along with other stuff up.
Seems that you like that pose were you puff up huh? It makes your arms look small, and can't see your traps.
Legs look nice and cut but not much sweep to them. Chest looks good.
But overall your looking pretty damn good bro. What was your cycle?

I'm 40 years old. 5'11 and weight ranges 195lbs-205lbs. Train 4 days a week
Legs/Back-Chest/arms/shoulders. Went in last cycle 195lbs w/ 14% BF running 500mg wk Test E QV for 12 wks. Put on 15 clean lbs and kept 8lbs . Currently I'm at 203lbs 11% BF into another cycle currently. Posted pics for the guys considering running a cycle and hear all the talk about being bloated and oily on cycle and dieting down. Alot of body changes through a cycle. I know it taxes my old ass but I love the ride. Going to practice posing Hellmask.LOL Never could get it.

Is it me, or are all of your pics "widened" or "narrowed" as if you played with the image dimesions? I can tell actually because of the size of each.
In the calf pic, your calves look great yes, but your shorts and dresser are VERY LONG and seem squashed. Never seen such a huge glutamine container either.
In the double bicep pic, I've never seen a 5 lb. protein jub be so SKINNY. :)
I know it makes your mid-section look narrower. ;)
I was going to say that in your first post in this thread, your abs look GREAT in that last pic. That was why I was responding, but I just noticed your strange newer pics and had to ask what was up w/those???

Not to be a dick, but people usually do that to enhance their pictures and make them look bigger, thinner, etc. U are right Timtim, his chin looks totally deformed in that picture.
You look good as you are, no need to get all photoshop happy brutha. :)

I just lift, my girl takes the pictures. I train hard, Ive been shoving chicken and turkey down my throat for years while everyone is eating pizzas. People are sleeping and I'm out doing cardio. Then to top it off you disrespect me by saying basically I have a paint on muscle Picture program. Unreal !!!

i wasnt saying anything like that just to be clear. the pictures look strange, the ones you just posted dont. you have a great physique and have come further than many will ever, great job,
BUT
the pictures do looked tinkered with. no disrespect.

Open minded like my training. Always listening . Give me advice how to do consistant pics. My girl takes a pic with a digital camera. The pics are gigantic when put in a file. She has some resize program that asks her for what sizes S M L. she wants formated to. It does it automatically. Whats a better way to do this process? All I know is Iron. Obviuosly she doesn't have a career in photography ahead of her. So give advice because neither of us knows shit about pics being resized for the computer.

In that picture of the calves, the wall socket looks a bit wider then the average wall socket. Either way I think you look good bro, just resize the pics so they're consistent (height/width)

Yet you do it again with more of the same pics?
I was not disrespecting you at all, I said you looked fine w/out the alterations.
However, saying "your girl takes the pics" means nothing, it's who's editing them that matters.

Just read this after I posted what I did above.
In the re-size option, shrink the image percentage wise this way all of the measurements stay the same. If this is the issue, it should resolve it.
You have to realize that people do strange things to their images on here, so it's not a new thing to see this, hence the way in which I initially responded.
Like I said, you looked fine normally w/out the image changing so I was not insulting you.

I'll tell you an easier way to get them. 15 yrs working the Speed Rope. You'll get all the calves you want. Thanks for all the positives. Keeps me motivated.

no doubt about the calves, now tell me what you are trying to do for the traps, because the lack of those sure take away from the upper body package. I truly admire anyone over 20 who can keep low bodyfat like that, keep it up and keep us posted.

Trying heavy Barbell shrugs and dumbell shrugs. Always struggle with trap developement. I can really connect mind muscle to all other body parts but traps I feel like its always a miss. Any suggestions anyone?
Nice pics bro. Well done.
Do you do deadlifts? They can help your traps. Also maybe try lower weight higher reps (I have similar mind muscle connection problems with my lats). I realise heavy lifting is the best however if it doesn't work, it doesn't work...

Seated dumbell shrugs work great for me... Rep it till it burns, then alternate reps one arm at a time. JMO on what works for MY trap growth.

Upright rows are the best thing I've found for traps. Form is crucial. E-Z curl bar with hands in close, keep the bar almost touching your body and keep your knees bent slightly during the exercise. Make certain you keep your back straight, bring the bar up to just under the chin and pause at the top. I'd also recommend not lowering the weight below your belly button in order to keep constant tension on the traps. For something extra special on your last rep of your last set, when you get the bar to about nipple level, squeeze the weight up and down about one inch total movement until failure.

Thanks for the Traps strategy. Will apply these principles and maybe get some growth finally.

IS it just me or is his Chest also Lagging with Traps??? Maybe I'm nuts....Deadlifts have put more size on my back overall than anything I have ever done...

definitely have some calves there, but the distance from your calve to your ankle is very short, almost makes you look like a dwarf. in your first pics you can tell you are much taller. that electrical face plate cover is def. skewed !!
GREAT work and looking awesome! just check your default camera resolutions!!! keep up the good training and have your girlie check the camera! :7up:

Looking sick............ not even just for your age... you look good. super lean.
only thing that might be lagging is chest in my eyes.... but maybe it is just the puffed up pose that you do in most your pics...
keep it up... good luck with the cyclee

David, what can I say WOW!!!!! You are an INSPIRATION to me. My name is Travis and I am 20 yrs old and dont have anywhere near the body you do. I was wondering if there would be any way that I could get an autograped photo of you? I would be more than willing to pay for it if you would like. Also I have so many questions that I would like to ask you, would there be any way you could call me at 812-201-1153, when you get time. Thanks again Travis
