Nolva and Liquidex

Alright, there's been a load of debate around here.
Some people say take nolva and liquidex, others say don't take them together.
What's the real deal?
Why so, why not?

It's not to take nolva and letro (femera) together because nolva will reduce it's effectivness by around 20%
