yeah bump... i would like to know as well. i'm always tired, no matter how much sleep i seem to get.

I can't stand coffee
I work out everyday but I am still tire. What can I take to have more energy every day.

also look into a vitamin B complex and more vitamin C around a gram with meals

Have you considered that you may be overtrained? what's your workout/work/school schedule like. Perhaps a week out of the gym, or with lighter workouts is what you need.

i was thinking this before i got to your post...
you may not think so but if you are working out everyday and under stress. you might be overtraining. maybe take a few days off and see waht happens.

focus on getting a consistent 8 hours of sleep, you piss your body off when you keep bouncing back and forth from 14 hours to 3 hours, etc. Anytime i consistently get 8 hours of sleep for a few weeks i notice i have more energy and am in a better state of mind.

I work 8-5 night classes from 6-9 then I work out after all this.
