Buying vitamins.

Just wondering where most would reccomend buying vitamins and things like milk thistle, cranberry extract, and saw palmento. Is there some pretty cheap sources on line?

i find myself buying from puritan.com (hope thats not posting a source) not sure if their stuff is 'the best' but prices are crazy cheap, the latest catalog i got has buy 2, get 3 free...or buy 1 get 1 free.

i've never taken any vitamins except Shaklee......yes they're expensive.....but you're usually not getting anything in the regular cheap ass crap.....they stuff they're pills full of random substances....they're not held to any kind of standard at all

I take quest vitamins, they are more expensive, but when you calculate the per/day cost it's not that big a deal when you consider quality....why waste time eating right and working out when you use the cheapest sup's available. You get what you pay for.
