I was just wondering, when is it most important to take in protein, and how long does it usually take to repair muscles when on a cycle, say on a day off are your muscles still repairing, should I still be intaking a lot of protein, just curious.

you need to take in protein all the time all the way through the day

but the most important is straight after training

there is never a time when you don't need protein, ESPECIALLY "on cycle"
