I started off doing mostly calesthetics and was completely out of shape lifted and dieted hard and got into decent shape around month 10 with weights. Than winter came and my focus was on bulking but i mainly traded a lean look for a softer slightly bulkier look. So in the next few months im gonna be doing a lot of cardio but im scared of losing even a gram of muscle cause im not trying to go back to the skinny look unless i have the muscle to balance it out.
It seems like i keep bouncing back and forth from both extremes and only way i have muscle is with fat and only way i have a lean look is without muscle. So idk im tryn to get my physique to a new level in the next few months, just need to really investigate my routine cause im not satisfied with it. All negative critiques/postive suggestions are welcome, and I know im far from many people on this site but we all start off somewhere.:lol:

yeh i tried but the file is 17000kb takes up too much space, im gonna try something different... bb in a little bit to update.

ahhhh fvck it!!!! fvckn free file hosting lame ass websites.. this may take longer than i expected, when i get time im just gonna compress the picture sizes and post it as a regular forum. unless someone knows a better way...

Definite improvement. Although it looks like you put on more bf between months 10 through 15. But if you were able to diet down before I'm sure you can do it again. Overall good work. Keep it up. And next time put up some pics of your legs.
