Recommended PCT

I am running a first time cycle of Test E @ 375Mg (1.5cc T250) per week for 8 weeks. I've read all of the other PCT recommendations, but it seems I am using much less gear than most others. My buddy tells me I don't need to worry about PCT with this small cycle.

First off do I need to use PCT with this cycle?

If so, what is the recommendation? (I plan on using AR products.)
