I have come a long way from 15 months ago. The first pic was taken in Jan. 05. I had already lost 25 pounds before I took that picture. I was weighing in at 230 just 5 months before that, but unfortunately I have no picture of it. I changed my ways and became dedicated to getting fit and loosing fat, and gaining muscle. The second pic is me at my littlest. I weigh 157 in that pic and it was taken in Aug. 05. The last pic was taken today Mar. 06. I currently weigh in at 178 and have been clean bulking since August. I'm still wearing the same pants that I did when I was 157 so I know that I did a pretty good job on the clean bulk. I have done all this without any help besides protien shakes, caffenine and creatine.
Im also gonna let ya know what im about to do. I am about to go on a 6-8 week cut. Ill be using hot rox to help me out, wanting to loose about another 15 lbs of fat. Then my roomate and I are going to go on a cycle together. Not sure what im going to be taking, but I know he is going with Test and Dbol. Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v652/beeneNOLAdoobie/muscles/musclesdifferenceinternet.jpg

It looks like you've made progress, but I want to see a good flex. It looks like your shoulders have cut up, along with your traps. Show them biatch! :wg:

Can definitley tell in your chest, it's rounded out more and your traps look bigger. Your shoulders are bigger, focus on the middle head of your delt, really work on cutting that up.
I don't know about your bikini underwear though. :1laugh:

Not good progress bro!
You have to plan your diet and workouts better, and if you wanna do some cardio as well would not be bad.

you're obviously making some progress there man...
but i think its way early in the game to consider a roid cycle. stick with the creatine for a few more months, get urself up to around 190lbs naturally. otherwise, after u took the cycle, you'd have an extremely difficult time getting any stronger. let ur body achieve its natural peak before u resort to unnatural supplements.
btw, wut are ur stats now (weight, height, bf%, bench/squat/etc numbers)

Hows your diet and cardio?
If you're planning on going on a cycle, I'd make sure these two aspects are bulletproof and have been that way for a long time. If you start a cycle with the intentions of bulking, and your diet sucks, you will be very disappointed. I'd suggest posting up a sample day's diet in the appropriate forum, and your lifting regimen in the lifting forum and we can critique.

I would have expected a lot more progress from 15 months of training, personally. Shaving was definitely an improvement and you trimmed down in the lower part of your belly nicely! Lift heavy for your next program and put on a lot of muscle quick! Keep with it, it's worth it!
