Not Sure. Was thinking about gaining more weight , dont want to loose strength. But then Im thinking about cutting to see what i would look like.
Im in limbo right now.

As far as cut/bulk, to me that would depend on what your base (legs) look like.

Lookin good man, good luck with yours goals wether cutting or bulking...that house looks a lot like tman55's as well must be a popular style.

personally I think you could use a trainer, or at least a program designed specifically for you and your body and how it responds and doesn't respond. I think you have a lot of size you could gain in two to three months with a good program. I'm not sure what you looked like before you started lifting though, so it's impossible to know if you've made lot's of progress or no progress at all. I'd definitely say you have room to progress before cycling as well.

I agree with TBody66, but keep up the hard work and eat clean. No pain, no gain! Remember it takes time to build quality muscle. You've got a good base. Keep up the good work!

i suggest laying off the juice for now
you have not reached your natural potential...once you do and THEN juice you'll be much happier with the results

Thats funny , eveyone always recognizes the House. Me and Tman workout together that is my back yard.
