You aren't eating enough calories to bulk, it's that simple. Good base but you must consume more calories in order to grow. Post your diet and lets critique.
Also, start working out your legs now, you'll thank me in 2 yrs.

160 eat bro, its an old bodybuilding secret called food. lol juss playing wit ya bro.
200g protein, 450g carbs, 80-90g fat(mostly good) = 3400 cals, should be a good start then slowly rais them at 500 cals a week to keep gaining.
good luck

If you only trained for 5 months and gained that kind of weight NATURALLY and stayed that lean, then keep that shit up man, and you will be a monster before you know it. Stay natural and keep training hard and pounding food like its your job and you will be a large man.

how can you slowly raise at 500 cals a week? in 4 weeks he would be up to 5400 calories..this is a bad idea...to the thread starter check out the bulking diet..i love it and there is a "calculator" in there for how many cals you should be taking in daily and DO NOT raise your cals by 500 every week..take a slower approach to it

5400 calories is too much anyway for most individuals. Figure out your bodys maintainance calories are and then up it by 500-1000/day.
Ex. 3800 is my maintainance, I would eat 4500 calories/day to gain approx 1lb/wk.

Looks good. Now its time to eat. I dont see 3 weightgain shakes being much at all. Real food is the key.
