thanks guys Im usually below 11 but been bulking and letting lose on the diet and dont have access to bf calculator for couple of weeks (offshore)

I was guessing 16%, the pic is blurry. You don't appear to store your bodyfat in the belly and love handle areas like most men, but you look kinda puffy all over, like you have fat skin or something, maybe just the pic, but my guess and reasoning anyway.
