Everything could use some size.

Going by the weight you provided (v.s your height) i'd guess that your legs are behind. You've got an ok upper body...

On your upper body your arms and delts need the most work

Goodluck.. and good lifting

Great job in gaining 15 lbs, so keep up the hard work and don’t slack off. I'd agree that your shoulders and arms need the most work, but make sure you hit your legs hard. Keep bulking up and maintain a healthy diet.

Ya its hard to tell this early in the game which areas are lacking. Definitely just make sure you are on a soild routine and work each muscle equally. Check out the diet forum we have, its got some great sample diets if you want to bulk up and add some quality mass.

im doing the german volume training right now.. im about 3weeks into it right now and im making progress in it. plus its somthing different. as for diet i have 1 shake (nlarge 2) in the morn. and a muscle milk after my workout. i just started creatine again also. i work 2 jobs and im in school full time so i dont have "set" diet times. but im taking in well over my body weight in protien everyday, i eat as much as i can, as often as i can. mostly chicken and stuff like that.

heavy legs makes everything grow, Nark hit it perfect, like always, the arms and shoulders on the upper body, go heavy and eat...eat...eat!

EAT EAT EAT... Try to eat more frequent meals.... Meaning to eat before you feel hungry. Dont let your stomach go hungry for even a second. Some people even set their alarm clock and have a small snack in the middle of the night. Even with a hectic schedule like you said... try to get at least 8 hours of sleep. You'd be surprised what a good nites sleep along with a high calorie diet can do. KEEP up the good work my friend and look for my cycle diary in a few weeks ...
