Let me know how the posing is, I'm doing tons of reps for abs as well as cardio 6x per week in the mornings on an empty stomach. Also trying to figure out my carb/water/sodium manipulation for the final 2 weeks.

Looking good young man, but your traps and low back need to come up some more. You’re doing a great job at your age, keep up the hard work. Check out the movie Pumping Iron with the great Arnold for some posing tips.

Your posing needs some adjustments... Post up some pics in posing trunks so your stances (leg and hand positioning) can be adjusted

Looking very good bro :thumbsup:. But honestly, I think you started your diet about 2-3 weeks late. Definately take a look into SwoleCat's 7 days to ultimate leanness. It will help drop that extra water you're carrying. Traps seem to be the only real weakness that sticks out.

I'm actually only posing 2 days per week... very busy with school right now, What would you recommend for posing practice Nark?

I think at this time you should be posing daily.. at least one 15 minute session daily... two would be better.
If you're doin a.m. cardio i'd advise you do a 15 min session directly after at the very least.
Posing practise should consist of the compulsories.. At the very end of the session you should do the compulsories in quick successsion.. working on your transistion from pose to pose.
What federation are you competing under?

Its actually a private show put on by my University, so they're pretty lax.
I'll definately throw in 15 mins of posing after cardio every day....
Is this mainly for definition as well as to become better at posing?

Definition.. Onstage control and endurance.
Cardio doesn't give you this endurance... When the lights hit you onstage, that, coupled with having go tru the compulsories any number of times (each time: all-out), can knock the wind out of you. If you aren't conditioned tru posing practise you'll lose control of the abdominal region (that's the reason some Pros at the beginning of the prejudging have a flat stomach, but by the end have a protrusion: due to being unable to maintain abdominal intergrity).

I think you look fantastic, I noticed the shoulders being small compared to the arms more than I noticed the traps. I like the definition in your back and think you'll be able to dial the diet in just fine for the contest. You'll do great, let us know how it goes!
