So this is me, I'm 6'1 and 220lbs as of today guessing im floating around 15% Bf, did I mention I'm Jamaican cause of me dreads man.
Im O naturale just been doing fullbody workouts 2-3 times a week, cardio when I feel like running somewhere far away then taking forever walking my ass back home, taking me vitamins, eating decent,
So i'm here to learn a cycle or 2 or 3 get to 270lbs. Cut the fat then just be happy with whatever I look like then.

u've got some size to u..but i would say ur hanging around 20%bf...i would hold off on the cycle and check out the diet and workout forums. cut and bulk a few times naturally for a few years and see how ur body reacts to different things then cycle..

Yea more than 15%.
Russian Bear is loaded with sugar/fat though. There are alot better ways to get the kcals.

my advice would be to check out the diet forum...get a modified diet and stick to it.. ur muscle will be alot more apparent if u drop some fat..

Welcome to AR, IMO looks like teh traps could be brought up a bit look a little smaller from the front, you look thick though man good to build from...btw thats one nasty avatar you have there

I been training for 3 years doing things right as far as nutrition, proper workouts, and dieting, but always been into fitness ever since I was 14 playing sports, surfing, skateboarding. I just been in a bulking phase for the past 3 years trying to get up to 240-250lbs, and feel I that AAS will get me where I want so I can be satisfied.
