I doubt it would clear out clomid or nolva if you were on them while you were on the cleanse because it does say to stay away from everything for 2 days (I think) before you start the cleanse. As for cleaning out the clomid and nolva, that is the main reason that I used it and will use it again. System admin said it would rid your body of both of those chemicals.
