Very informative site - glad I found it. Very motivating pics. And Mike I'm in on two conditions:
1) We walk in separately; who wants to deal w/hearing yeh when you enter and then ugh when I walk in. 2) At all times, you must stay at least 50ft away. BTW, very impressive pics. Give me another year and I will look half as good <grin>!

shit im always down to go clubbin........factory sounds good to me, say like 8 AM sunday? anyway, if youre near NY, Neptunes is the spot (hampton bays). Its an outdoor club on the beach open from 12 PM to 8PM.

Sundays I'm already a FAT ASS. You are have disapline. Are you Lean all year round? I'm beginning to suspect that is a good thing! At least 10-12lbs away from competition weight. I got too Dam fat this year and it took me double time just to look as good as you do in that Clubbn' PIC
