Just wondering what you you guys use for adding mass to the shoulderblade area of your back.
I've been doing one armed cable row and bent over row. anything else you think I should try?

T-bar rows, are those BB rows? those two exercises do it for me...

Heavy Barbell Rows well definatly build up the upper back
Close grip T-Bar will work up the areas closest to your spine depending on your hand positioning.

t-bar rows and heavy db rows. i also find lat pull downs with a close - neutral grip really allow you to pull the weight down in a manner where you can focus on the area your talking about. also, heavy rear delt flies work too.

my BB rows actually taget my middle and lower back, like any row should, up-right rows and deads add a little to the upper back (deads are an all around killer for teh whole back) and Tbars really nail the mid back and rhombs between the shoulder blades...

I'm tempted to add hang-cleans to this list as well.
