Yep, tried a search but mostly about dosages. Just wondering where I can find the cheapest r-ala, i was looking at some glucorell R someone said it contains biotin also. Prefer the capsule form because of the sunlight/atmosphere thing about how its not very stable in powder form or whatever. Any suggestions?
