My shoulder pops repetitiously For example: bench press: down, pop, up. Down, pop, up. Like that... and it's not just with bench press, it's everything.

It doesn't hurt but I'm afraid it pops out for good.

Someone told me about a strap or something you buy and it holds your shoulder in place so when you work out you don't get that pop...

Anybody know about this? Can give me a name or something?

no ther really isnt a strp you can wher to press, you can put your arm in a sling and not press at all , thats about it, if the shoulder pos and you dont feel any pain than itisnt anything to worry about

allso , get yor ortho to take a look at it and diagnose it if there is a problem
