Labs testing

Does anyone know labs who can test steroids, but anonymously, or at least without referring to a federation, institution, etc, just for experiment? Like they did with the tests on Steroid Cleanse site? In Europe? Any addresses?

If not, in USA, do you have addresses, especially in Big Cities?
