Saw the FNP. Said I have a calcifte (sp*?) on my L5 and a pinched nerve there.:1laugh: The disk is bulged out a lil' bit but not a full blown hernia. There sending me to do some rehab at a rehab clinic. I'll let you know how it goes.:icon_roll

Got put in traction today. Also had electric shock therapy done at some back spots. Then ultra sound.
Started today with stretching in a jungle gym looking thing, then I did some back extensions on a machine with 50lbs. 4x10.
