Nathan: Try to find a shareware/freeware program that will let you resize/reduce your picture.

If you have a PC, try http://www.winsite.com and do a search on "image editor".

If you have a mac, try: http://www.macosarchives.com. (Since I'm a PC guy, I've never actually tried this site ... there may be better.)

Heck skid, don't even need that stuff. If he's got Windows, he can use Paint. (Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint). use the Image > Stretch / Skew function and type in a percentage of what size you want the picture to be.

or, if you've got MS Office, it comes with PhotoEditor which is what i use b/c it's small and quick.

hey KM, those are great tips ... I've never used Paint 'cause I always have PhotoShop, and I forgot PhotoEditor is part of the Office Suite. Thanks!
