Ok here is my question. First my comp is saturday and I am ready to rip it up my diet is keyed in and i feel really good and tight.
1. When you are in the pump up room besides push up rows and curls (since all we will have is dumbells) Is there any other good excerisces to do or tricks you guys learned to get a good pump before going on stage?
2. Is this right from the time you are done in the pump up room then you get oiled up and then go on stage it is about 20minutes or so, what would you do to keep the pump and full feel while stading around. Practice posing????
3. During the pump up room I am going to eat some sour patch kids like sugart candies, and then after I oil you and am going to drink a little glass of red wine, does that sound ok. Also I will be popping 150mg of viagra 1.5 hours before I hit the stage. Will be to nervous to pop wood so not worried about that.
Those are my question any tips and advise would be great.

Go to your local sports store and get a resistant band prefferably one with handles and use that there will be dumbells there but might be too many person there to keep a pump
2. Practice posing????going back to answer #1 you will have your resistant band to work with while in line to go onstage with occational push-ups. do not pump your legs at all.

You can also eat hot(pepper) potato chips. to help dry you out and add vascularity. your doing a lot of sh!t for vascularity. well I cant see it hurting you, so go for it bro and kick ass. just remember its your first, use it as a learning experience. I was hoping that you would respond to that. As for the hot pepper potatoe chips I do not think i will us that this time. I think I am going to be doing enough and if I add one more thing that just might start messing with my mind. But I did not even think about doing push ups in line before the stage. Will let you know late saturday or early sunday how I did.

def. do not, dont pump your legs....and keep them evelated as much as possible before you go on....also, dont walk around barefooted backstage...a lot of floors are tile/cement/etc., and are cold....you want to keep your body warm and the cold floor can help prevent this...i wear house shoes or flip flops and just kick them off before i walk on stage....from what Ment1on said, the sodium you'd get from the chips would be a good idea....the sugar and wine should be eaten 30-45 min. before you go on IMO

Thanks everyone, I am just trying to settle my nerves and getting ready to carb load tomorrow and cut my watger, my pro tan is going on pretty good.
