knee questions

im still waiting for results as to exactly what is wrong with me but i have a question to the guys with knee injuries. how long does it take to start feeling better. and also when you are active in sports/cardio do you worry about your knee blowing out? the reason i ask is because i am not walking again on it yet as it only happend a couple days ago but everytime i think about how it happend playing bball i am afraid im not gonna wanna play again.

i never had any serious injury to my knees but i have alot of pain from were and tear from heavy squats and deads. you will want tp play ball again, get yourself a brace use it as needed until you heal and you wil build up your confidence that you wont get hurt again and the brace will help prevent another injury

I had arthroscopic knee surg in january. torn meniscus & removed damaged cartilige...Still hurts now over 3 months later...Meniscus especially..wont be until 6months til I'm feeling good enough to get back to Baseball..
