this look any better than last week.jumped cardio up 45 min every day.any help would be appreciated.

thanks guys,I get depressed everyday wondering if I will drop the weight.I am going to the ronnie c show next month.just going to watch.what does my bf% look like .I have know idea.

looks somewhere around 10 -11% you have enough time to drop to 4%, no worries bro.

I have morning classes at 7am so I have been running around 9pm.if it will help I can run in morning,just not a morning person.

Running? Careful with jogging. Tends to get the heartrate up too high and it can dip into muscle depending on where your glycogen levels are at..

WALK. if you have access to a treadmill you will want to walk at 2.5 - 3.0 at a incline of 10 - 12. if you do not have access to a treadmill then go out walking at a moderate speed for 1 hour. that will do it. but no running at all.:no:
