My judgement tells me its crap, but I heard some good things about it from people who look pretty good...

You got it Crap nothing will bind specifically to fats and prevent their absorbtion.


Just make sure you are getting the right kind of fats (O-megas) and your body will work alot more efficiently at burning thae bad ones for energy
