i am currently taking eca right now. i am on my way to third week and i upped it by taking eca 3x a day. question though. i am gonna add yombine hcl startins tommorow and since that i am taking eca three times a day, can i just take 2.5 mg of yohimbine per servings like 3 times a day with eca or do i have to take 5 mg 3x a day?
