should letro be taken before bed? is there a preferred time of day to take? before meals? should the dose be split up?

I don't believe you have to take it with food. I also don't believe there is any certain time that is best to take it. I've been dosing mine in the morning on an empty stomach. I eat about a half hour to an hour after that.

Letro is all absorbed in the GI tract, doesnt matter if you take it with food or not, same with most AI's and SERM's. They will all be absorbed anyways. Taken it at your convenience but be consistent with timing.
