View Full Version : PP Cycle when should I expect gains

Hey just started my PP cycle on saturday after noon. just wondered when you think i'll start seeing gains if i even see any. trying the legal way.... usually did 1 gram test 100mg of Tren ed, and 400 deca cycles.... so im not expecting too much from this just hope i get some....... any thoughts.

i know that the best gains are around the 3rd week...i would expect about 15lbs from pp..

15 lbs is about the best you could hope for IMO, but it all depends on your bulk diet. A buddy of mine gained 30 lbs in a month off 1-Ad with a dirty bulk... with that in mind, you could gain a ton if you eat whatever whenever, but I have always favored a clean bulk.

I am in week 3 of PP right now...Strength is always going up, but the weight gain is very slow for me. So far I put on about 4 lbs. I am on a clean bulk eating about 300 carbs a day. I guess I should be eating much more, but I am going on vacation in May, don't want to gain too much fat. I am 5'10 185

first of all Phera-plex is gear...sorry boutcha, and soon to be illegal as well :). strength gains will be almost immediate and weight gain depends 100% on your diet.

diets not a problem. get around 500 grams of protein each day and 600 carbs. mainly from plain oats, red potatoes, whole wheat noodles etc. protein is all fish, and chicken, turkey, maybe some steak here and there. I try to keep it pretty clean. Im actually trying to lose weight right now so im not sure if i should drop the carbs or not. i know i should be bulking while on this stuff but i want clean weight. right now im 5'11 265 at 9%bf

my gains were super clean. and i clean bulked about 500+ cals over my maintanence. and wow, you are pretty damn big.. got any pics?

lol it aint that big, you ever see the pros! or any top amateur NPC athelete? i got nothin. but i just got my bf checked and it was 10.5 so that 9 was from awhile back before i got on the fast food diet off and on..... my bad. but anyways and yes i know phera plex is a roid, i just cant see it being comparable to an illegal oral such as anadrol or dbol that i've done before. Todays back workout though, this was my 5th day on i started at 30mg and i was getting crazy pumps in my lower back( tolerable pumps, still did deads) and even though i try not to use my bi's during back, just as hooks to hold the weight, i still got a major pump in the bis. hopefully a sign of good things to come.

whats ur cal intake..300g carbs seems a little low for a clean bulk
