all those options are fine. Just make sure if its a fatty fish, like salmon, not to eat carbs w/ it if your trying to be strict.
BTW...is this the same ironfreak from b4?

I eat it all!!!
I would only, logically, avoid a sea-food source if i had have any previous allergic reaction, however mild, to it.

white flaky fish is a great sub for chicken to keep you sain. I love all kinds. I dont each much salmon, but it is definitely perfect for a protein/fat meal if you're into separating carbs and fats.
I am on a sea food diet if I see it I eat it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would drop the salt water seafood when it comes down to the last 3 weeks because salt water fish is fatty fish such as salmon an dturn to fresh water fish such as Tilapia, whiting ect.
