Preference for increasing test lowering estro?

Well no cycle recently, so this is technically not PCT, I just want to slightly increase test levels and lower estro levels and get the boys into shape after an old cycle. Simply put...Clomid and arimidex?... OR...HCG and arimidex? Also, nolva useful for this? nolva is a blocker so there may be advantages...input?

No recent cycle but you want to 'get the boys in shape'?

Not sure what that means.

Is your test 'low'?

If you want a 'reduction is estrogen' you can try a non-HPTA-suppressive dht-derivative like proviron.

Or for an 'elevation in testosterone' you can try some 'natural' like the herb longjack.

You need to clarify what it is you mean exactly

Sorry, what I meant was that I did some cycling a while back, over a year ago, and my test is slightly low and estro is slightly high right now. I don't need therapy or anything but was thinking of running clomid and arimidex to drop estro and raise test slightly...I thought about proviron as well, do you have any experience with that? It should lower estro and raise test slightly shouldn't it? Reason why I was thinking clomid and arimidex was the ease of availability...proviron is out of my reach at this time...I don't have alot of personal experience with these, since I only used them on my few cycles as PCT...I know them by the books, but the books don't always apply...clomid/arimidex work? or proviron? Clomid might affect hpta, but only in positive ways? I am thnking of running whatever I get for a couple of months.
