is it ok to do abs everyday or is that going to over train them. im bulking right now so they arent to easily seen but still just wondering.

2 times a week is good enough, 2-3 exercises around 20-30 reps, 3 sets each, that's how I do it. I have very strong stubborn abs so it takes alot of reps to tear them down. If I go to heavy it only feels weird and you tens the whole body wrong.

much debate over this....some of the top guys on this forum dont work them at all...just relying on heavy compound movements...I like to work them whenever I feel they need it...just a personal thing I guess

i dont think you will overtrain them just do what dont kill you

i train abs every other day
