Well I'm gonna drink about 64 oz. of water throughout the day and probably cut it out around 5. I actually don't use diuretics to prep for a show. In my last 3 i didnt and came in dry as a bone. I did an early carb refeed and now im de carbing today and then tomorrow I will eat some high GI carbs and some chocolate bars. I prepped all natural for this comp so I dont want to get too crazy with sh!t loading and I have been working with a trainer for a few years and he has dialed me in 3 times so I trust what he says.

My buddy took the heavyweights but lost the overall. I'd be happy with that but he's not.....

My class had 27 guys in it. I was competitor number 113. The thing that sucked was that I felt like my posing was hindered by having such a large crowd on the stage so I know I didnt present myself to the best of my ability. Oh well, I weighed in at 170 (8lbs heavier than November) and was dry and low in bodyfat. I definitely enjoyed the show and I am going to take the summer to put on some good LBM and then do another show at the end of the season in late October/November. I didnt get my official placing, but I will very soon. Thanks guys for the support.

Jay - Your buddy that took the heavies was a monster he was huge and ripped to the bone. I would kill for that physique. He actually trained at Gold's Gym, which is not that far from where I work.

Yea he trains up there every once in a while. He likes it but its kind of a ride so you wont see him there that often. Same reason you wont see me there too often.

I did a one hour photo shoot and the photographer took stage shots as well so i'll have them ready by the end of the week. My digi cam pics didnt come out too well due to the lighting.

I will definitely let you know when I find out. The show was crazy...they almost shut it down because all of the competitors were sitting in the aisles and it was a fire hazard. The show sold out at like noon.
