arimedex didnt do it ..

ok here is the deal .. i ran test enth for 12 weeks at 500mg/wk with test prop 100mg eod weeks 1 and 2. I have ran test cycles before with no signs of gyno so i didnt think i needed any anti e .. around week 9 i started feeling some gyno and got some novladex .. it didnt get better and didnt get worse. i got some arimedex and took that when i did my clomid and it got a little better but its still there . both nipples are sensitive but i only have a lump in my right one .. let me know if you guys have any suggestions .. also i was wondering if this can become permanant .. thanks

You got to use arimidex before gyno.
