Anyone use Guggulsterones?

Guys anyone use guggulsterones while dieting? i know its a good thyroid booster and good for blood lipids...anyone had good success with it?

I dont see them being that effective. Its a natural thyroid booster correct? I am about to use lipo6...and there are guggulsterones in it..let ya know how it goes.

yea ive tried lipo6 and i didnt think it was that good....gonna be using ephedrine for my next comp just wondering if i should add guggul or not depending on others results..
