Tanning with suncreen....?

Guys what do you guys do to tan safely? The past couple shows i did i was kinda careless and didnt put much thought or know much about tanning either..but i plan on doin this for a while so how do you guys go about tanning? Ive used accelerators in the past and i just started tanning with sunscreen for a show this summer (obviously its going slower) but seriously is a tanning bed that dangerous as the sun? any suggestions?

I can honestly say that tanning in a bed is totally unneccessary. If you put on 6-8 coats of pro tan and then use a bronzer like dream tan you will be plenty dark. if you just wanna look good then go to a salon that does the spray on stuff. I did a level 2 (medium dark) and it came out pretty good actually.

this year i have been using a new tanning peptide called MelonotanII i got so dark that i only needed 1 coat of dream tan and i was very very dark...

hmm..so do most guys tan? i have a good healthy base tan right now...should i continue? or maybe go once a wk? im not worried im just thinking about the long run...i have been tanning with sunscreen for about 3 wks now...

i go every other day for 2 months up to the show, then 7 days out i get a level 2 spray tan, then 2 days out i get a level 3 spray tan, thenon friday night i start applying my pro tan, and dont stop till after i am done. i usually apply a coat every 2 hours. you can never be 2 dark

Thanks for the advice..i think im gonna start the spray tan..whats it called and how much is one session? thanks again...it seems much safer for those who compete every year...

it might be called something different every where, but in New Brunswick, Canada it is called mystic tan. it is like 20 dollars, but i get mine for 5 of free, my girl friend works at a tanning salon. this is a extremely handy, i get 40% off my minutes and lotion.
